It will most likely be a 16 team tournament. If it is there will be four groups of four, with each team playing each other once. If more than 16 nations sign up, we will have more groups.
Tiebreakers are as follows: Points will be first, followed by goal differential, H2H result, and H2H goal differential.
After the group stage, most two semifinals will be played, after will be a third-place playoff and a championship game. However, if numbers are too little, there might be a quarterfinal too.
NSFS301 will be used to scorinate, everyday 7-8 PM EST.
RPs will be graded based on respect for opponents' RP permissions, grammar and spelling (won't be ridiculous and nit-picky here), quality and effort. It wouldn't really be fair to define further what quality means, as people RP differently.
