It is entirely possible to make a new Xkoranate file (don't ask me how, though), and you would have a decent bank of scores to draw from in order to build the requisite formulas (again, don't ask me how).
I think possibly the hardest thing to scorinate would be disqualifications due to running into things or violating G-forces. I would look into the frequency of those happening, and whether skill or style plays a roll or just dumb luck.
Do you know of anyone who would be capable of being able to make a new file with the correct formulas?
It appears to me (after having watched much of the past two seasons) that the over-G disqualifications seem to be purely dumb luck. Would this make much of a difference in the scorination?
Judging by this, I think it would be simplest to edit the current racing scorinator in xkoranate, which you can do by changing the xml files using Notepad. I'm not sure of the exact editable categories for Racing, as I've not tinkered with it yet, but I am able to give you a little help to start at least.
