What Ficiscia is talking about is usually reserved for tournaments where a nation has lots of participants forming members of a single team, (such as the Olympics), where as the method I was talking about is usually used in single sport international tournaments (like the football/soccer world cup). If you're using xkoronate and running an olympic-style event, it's best to use the bonus section to apply RP bonus.

But if you're running a smaller scale event, I'd recommend avoiding the bonus section since adding directly to skill is a more precise method. Its something that you use when it would be an enormous hassle to apply RP bonuses without it.

I have been looking for a cycling scorinator - the function on Xkoronate is rather limited and the results remain mediocre.
I've found something on the forums of a scorinator from Some Village but could not find a copy. Anybody who would know where I can find that?

Well... I did try to get the competition started with a roster thread but unfortunately nobody posted for the second stage of signups, which was signing up individual fighters.

I will rethink the idea to be more streamlined though, and I might get up a thread about it soon.

The World Cup Signup Thread doubles as signups for the BoF. Just mention that you're signing up for the BoF as well and you should be fine.

Get in touch with Buyan, who is the same player that used to operate Some Village (RIP). He created a whole custom scorinator and innovated how cycling events are/were run for NS Sports.

As a matter of fact, I have. The Southern Rushmore Super League ran for several seasons and mainly included teams from Darmen and Carmadin, with teams from Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuk competing for one season.

I thought that but we don't do a draft and stuff like that. A full-on, North American style league with multiple nations would be interesting, but I don't think anyone has properly run something like that with other users ... not successfully, anyway.
