The nations of Somewhereistonia and Queer Poco El Mono Ara have been close allies ever since they both appeared in the region of Rushmore. The nations are close in every way possible, economically, geographically, politically and militarily (see Rushmore Defence Treaty). We even exploded a canal through the continent to make it easier to ship between the two nations.

Scorination:

Scorination will be done with NSFS 2.0.7 at around 21:00 UTC. Matchday 1 will be 16th. Style mods can be between +3 and -3.

Tournament Format:

Groups of 5, top two teams qualify for the knockout rounds.

Groups 1-4 will be in Somewhereistonia, scorinated by Somewhereistonia. Groups 5-8 will be in Queer Poco el Mono Ara, scorinated by QPeMA.
