The Starblaydi Football Association presents, for the tenth time, the latest edition of its own Under-21 international tournament, now generally recognised as the successor to the old Under-21 World Cup, as the regularity and prestige that has now become attached to the DBC means it has inherited the old Cup's legacy.

This tournament is named after Starblaydia's most-famous player, the first person to score for Starblaydia's own Under-21s, currently the fifth-highest goalscorer in Starblaydia's history, World Cup Winner member of the World Cup Hall of Fame and one-time President of the World Cup Committee: Simeone Di Bradini. We present, for your participation: The 13th Di Bradini Cup, a.k.a. The 34th Under-21 World Cup!

Bears Armed (Mainland) will be there... or maybe a "combined" team representing both sections of Bears Armed, instead.
OOC: Incidentally, is this to be "one nation per player" or can people who've competed before enter a puppet as well as their "main" nation just as in the World Cup? Considering the limited number of teams being considered I presume that you'd rather not see lots of people trying to send two teams each, but if it turns out that you actually "need" an extra team to balance the groups' sizes then I'd like to have 'The Ursine Northlands' enter separately from BA(M)...)

I'd much prefer one nation per player for the DBC/U21WC, but stand-by-puppet-omg-I-need-another-nation-now!-nations are always nice to have.
