ENTRY RULES:
– You are responsible for entering your horses into races. A horse must break its international maiden in a maiden race before moving to allowances, and then must win an allowance to go into stakes company. You can pick and choose any race you want. The deadline to enter a race is 24-hours in advance. So example, with a normal 9am cutoff time, if you wanted to enter a race on March 31th, you’re entry must be submitted by March 30th.
– Races will be listed at varying distances for “fluff” more then anything else. Note that your sprinter would have the same ability in any race from 5 Furlongs to 7 ½ Furlongs; and the router the same ability in any race 1 mile and over.
– Post positions are drawn randomly. They will have absolutely no impact on the performance of your horse.
– Some races, mainly maiden and allowances will be designated as being for fillies, and other for colts exclusively. Others will be open to both. Smaller stake races may also be gender exclusive.
– You may enter up to two horses in any race. They will not be “coupled”. If you don’t know what that means, then don’t worry about it.
– You supply jockeys for your horse. This is probably going to be one of the better RP angles.
CROSSING DIVISIONS:
– This is fine. However note that there will be penalties (to reflect that the horse is out of its element a bit in regards to its competition). These refer to a percentage off what the horses current point value is (based on RP bonus that had accumulated and its overall rank).
10% penalty for dirt horses to go to turf and vice versa as long as the sprint/route preference was unchanged.
25% penalty for a sprinter in a route race or vice versa as long as the dirt/turf preference was unchanged.
40% penalty if both preferences are changed.
PAST PERFORMANCES:
– A horses past performances will be recorded next to its name. Numbers in normal font refer to a finish in a maiden race. Numbers in bolded font refer to allowances, and numbers in red font will refer to a stake race. Numbers in a green font refer to Triple Crown races, and Numbers in blue font will refer to a Breeder’s Cup Race. Any Number in italics will refer to that horse was in a “different division” then it was accustomed to.

Cassadaigua, Race 3, 6 Furlongs Turf, FILLIES STAKE, GRADE 1 Requirement: Must be a filly.
Cassadaigua, Race 4, 1 1/8 Turf, FILLIES STAKE, GRADE 1 Requirement: Must be a filly.
Friday, April 16th- No Racing, Prepare (RP) for Breeder’s Cup.
Saturday, April 17th- Breeders Cup Last Day of Racing.
SURFACE/DISTANCE PENALTIES WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO BREEDER'S CUP RACES. This will make for some choices to be made.
A minimum of one allowance win is required to enter any Breeders Cup Race.
