Global Cup of Soccer 1

The Global Cup of Soccer is a new tournament sponsored by the O'Reilly Organization which seeks to determine the greatest soccer team in the NS multiverse. In the interest of ensuring that our champion is the "undisputed" champion of the multiverse, all nations that attempt to qualify for World Cup 76 are prohibited from entering the Global Cup of Soccer. However, puppets of those nations and sub-national entities within those nations are not only permitted to enter, but are encouraged to do so. In an OOC sense, the Global Cup of Soccer is a tournament for those who missed World Cup signups and/or those that were unable to sign up for the World Cup due to puppet restrictions. It is a spiritual successor to the old Cuppet tournaments. To sign up, all you have to do is declare your intention to participate. Sub-national entities may use the larger nation's account or a separate nation. There is a limit of 3 nations or sub-national entities per OOC user. The Global Cup of Soccer is not affiliated with the WCC, will use its own set of rankings that disregard KPB rankings and will never count toward the KPB rankings, so entering the Global Cup of Soccer will not improve your nation's chances should you enter future WCC-affiliated tournaments (except in the limited sense of any improvement as an RPer that you may or may not see from participating in it). Anybody may bid to host by posting a host bid in this thread with the requisite OOC details.

The GCoS is a spiritual successor to the Cuppet, but basically the same concept (the main difference I can think of is the removal of any KPB rank based signup restrictions). Signups and bidding will stay open until at least the end of WC76 Qualifying.

Sub-national entities are allowed to enter, as are puppets of OOC users participating in the World Cup (just not any of the 142 national teams in the current WC).

This is me. The Holy Family of Gregoryisgodistan will also enter if we are allowed, to show Dumpy we have the True Lord. The team consists of Lord Almighty Gregory, Cleffie Martinez, and various concubines. Obviously not all 1,635 concubines will be on the team, only the very best.

Edit: If The Holy Family isn't considered a "sub-national entity", would Capital District, Ward 1 be acceptable? That consists solely of Lord Almighty Gregory's mansion.

P.S. We're a puppet of a World Cup participant, but we're not telling which. Unless we're in violation of some puppet declaration rule. And the way Arch puts it (the "Nation X is a puppet" after investigation rule), our humble estimation tells us that we don't need to declare that.

This nation was formed to spread the idea of Averyickanism, a peaceful NEW religion that believes that King Avery the 1st is the most powerful being on the planet. Averyickan City has three languages which are Averyickan, Spanish, and English. The most spoken language is Averyickan. There are many districts of Averyickan City that has stadiums.
