Experience:
Although I haven't Hosted a CdE or in fact an Esquarian Games, I have familiarised with Scorinating various Local or Continental events.
Scorinator:
Scorination will be utilised through the latest version of XKoranate as of the 19th August 2016.
Bonuses:
Bonuses shall be awarded on the basis of “Quality Postings”, with Bonuses ranging from +000.1 to +000.5. The Commonwealth Esquarian Games Federation will rank Bonuses on the basis of;
- One Point (+000.1) for an Attempt where Quality is Deemed Bad.
- Two Points (+000.2) for an Attempt the where Quality is Neither Bad or Average.
- Three Points (+000.3) for a Post where Quality is considered to be “Average”.
- Four Points (+000.4) for a Post where Quality is considered to be “Above Average”.
- Five Points (+000.5) for a Post where Quality is considered to be Excellent and/or at “World Class Standard”.
The Commonwealth Esquarian Games Federation accepts the FIRST FOUR POSTS for Evaluation in regards to Bonuses. Bonuses have a 40% Effect.
The Commonwealth Esquarian Games Federation retains the Right to Penalise Posts deemed in violation to the Rules (-000.1).
Rules:
- The following will be the concise list of events for the Esquarian Summer Games. The lone exception will be sports added via petition that will be played as demonstration sports.
- Demonstration Sports may be submitted after a petition of eight individual nations are delivered to both the host and sports czar. The sport and discipline must be on the latest version of xkoranate to be considered and the petition must be delivered by 11:59 on August 15th.
- Sports for individual competitors will be denoted by a number next to the event name: IE: Men’s Shotput (1).
- The format for these entries will be the name of the competitor, the official trigramme, and the skill modifier, in the following format
Jason Sudakis;JRU;69 - Sports for a team of individual competitors will be denoted by (1 team of X) next to the event name. IE: Men’s 4x100 meter dash (1 team of 4)
- The format for these entries will be the name of the first competitor, a slash, the name of the next competitor (repeat as needed), the official trigramme, and the skill modifer, in the following format:
Jason Sudakis/Rob Lowe/Justin Trudeau/Christopher Cantwell;JRU;55 - Sports for a team will be denoted by (1 team) next to the event name. IE: Men’s Football (1 team).
The format for these entries will be the country/nation’s name, the official trigramme, and the skill modifier, in the following format.
Unolia;JRU;100 - The maximum modifier average will be set at a hard 50.0. Delegations can be below this average, but may not be above. The host/sports czar reserves the right to deduct skill modifiers from whomever it pleases until the average meets the requirement.
- If you think you can get around this by pulling an Iglesiantis and using a pattern to play the system, you can’t. We’re not robots and can detect fishiness.
- Roleplays will be judged on a point system explained in the bid of the host. There will be NO changing of the grading system after the first RP has been graded. The influence of RP on outcomes must be set between 35% and 49%.
- The host may ban puppet nations for IC reasons, but may not ban master nations for IC reasons. If Koyro wants to participate, they may, I don’t care about their human rights record.
Eligible:
Main Nations residing within Esquarium are Permitted to enter the 2nd Summer Esquarian Games. Puppets may apply but the Host/Sports czar retains the right to decline them. Confirmation of Puppets are required from their Mother Nation.
Close-offs:
Sign-ups will Close on the 15th August, 2016; 6:30 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time UTC +10)
