Orgnaization

The Tournament will be split into 3 sections and a qualifying period in a 2 1/2 week duration.

Qualifying Period:

Duration: 2 days

Includes: Qualifying Round for every archer in all the different events

Section 1:

Duration: Day 1-Day 14

Includes: All Field Events

Section 2:

Duration: Day 11-Day 18

Includes: All Target Events

Section 3:

Duration: Day 13-Day 18

Opening and Closing Ceremonies:

The Opening Cermony will take place the night before the first day of Qualifying. The Closing Cermony will take place the of the 18th day.

Though our glorious city has never been awarded the blessing of holding a sporting event, our nation has participated in many. We hope that we are given the chance to show the world our glorious city and what it can do. From the Southside Heights to the City Center all the way up to the Northern Cliffs our city is sprawling with activity, entertainment, and business.

Our security and emergency response forces have always been top of line, our tech wowing the world, and our organization and entertainment making memories for everyone to enjoy. We would like the pleasure of holding this great tournament for not only the enjoyment of the fans, and archers, but everyone watching on the screens in there homes.

Du Grande Kolisaum, of Khaiful, Sacheyenya

Modeled after the Great Coliseum in Rome, and as old as they early days of Sacheyenyani exploration, there is perhaps no sport venue more popular in all the empire than Du Grande Kolisaum, situated deep in the heart of the Imperial Capitol of Khaiful. Fit to seat 100,000 spectators at any given time in the commons, luxury seats fit for kings and their guests can seat an extra fifty. Events involving archery are not uncommon in the Kolisaum, which sees everything from football games, to wrestling matches, to religious ceremonies, to gladiatorial combat. The Sacheyenyani Board of Sports is more than willing and able to fund a flight from the contestents homeland directly to Sacheyenya, and then back home once the festivities are concluded.
The glory of old Rome and old Sacheyenya come together at the Grand Kolisaum, which would be honored to host its first international tourney. Competitors need only apply with the Minister of Imperial Foreign Affairs, Mako Zahruf, at 8494 Kaiful, Khaiful, Sacheyenya, to apply.

Also, for everyone, I've edited the name (again) to NSAO Beta. This tournament will be used as a test for future NSAO competitions. However, that doesn't make it worthless. Beta's the second test of my major plan (first being Qasden Open) for NS archery.

Schedule

In the schedule ran by Britonisea, there aren't any "Group Draws" or any of that. Like the X Summer Olympiad in Electrum and New Gelderland, there will be a ranking round beforehand. If there are 16 or less nations participating, 8 nations will go through to the knock-out stages. There will be a "Males" category and a "Females" category. I'll add Series for the finals just to make the match days longer.

The males will start on MD3. Meaning, the total amount of days of the NS Archery Open Beta will be eight or nine days, starting on the Saturday and ending on the following Sunday - however, there may be day breaks in between the ranking rounds.

In total if there are 17 nations or more nations, 16 will go through to the knockout stages. As with the one above, there'll also be a "Males" category and a "Females" category.

Scorinating and RP

There will be RP Bonuses, especially for rosters which will have a large RP scale. Quantity will be considered, however, quality and understanding of the competition will be rated highly on a fair scale. These are cumulative.

Britonisea

Britonisea is a peaceful, wealthy, diverse country in Ultimaverse, with a population of 77.2 million people. 11 million people live in Doportedas, the capital, while the largest city is Telm City which is has 14 million people in it. However, this event will be held in Junterapten's Bath Stadium. A Stadium usually used for rugby but will be transformed in to an Archery Arena. Over the nine days, there will be 210,000 tickets sold regionally and internationally - targeting participating nations.

1. Can you not call it Beta? Just call it the NS Archery I. If you wanted to host the first, you would've just done so, and the 2nd edition could've been on it's way. Since you've opened it to bidders, just call it the NS Archery Open I. Especially when there's so much interest.
