The first day of qualification cutoff has been confirmed to be Tuesday 28 June, 5PM Aus. Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10). Cutoffs from that point on will be every 24 hours until the conclusion of the tournament. The tournament schedule has been placed in the OP of the IC thread.
