International Basketball Championships 20 - Signup Thread

Welcome to the premier basketball tournament in the NS Multiverse. As the third (?) President of the International Basketball Organization, I have the privilege of opening the signups for the 20th edition of the International Basketball Championships. Signing up is as easy as posting a reply to this thread saying that you are in. Only one puppet may be submitted per person, it must be declared, and should the need arise, will be the first to be removed from the competition to make numbers. This post serves as Electrum's sign up.

Host bidding is also open, and the deadline for submission of hostbids is two weeks, 2 days from the time of this post (all members of the IBO may vote). Host bidding ends will end around 6PM Australian Eastern Standard Time on May 2nd. Signups are still open.
