The East Astyrian Football League (also known as EAFL) is the governing body of an international football coalition & has the ultimate responsibility for the control and development of association football within the nations of the Blackhelm Confederacy, Bungussi, Colchester Landing, Cote de Coivre, Jalafa, Kwalawi, Nova Deseret, Nynorsk Ostlijord, Polarus, Red River Free State, San Joaquin Valley and the Scottopian Isles. It is one of the largest sporting organizations in the region of Astyria, with all countries located in the eastern hemisphere. Established in 2015, the members of the EAFL include all clubs teams, affiliated national associations and various affiliated leagues.
The EAFL sits on the International Football Association Board, which is responsible for the laws of the game, as an observer state, while all affiliated national associations are full members. The EAFL is also a member of the Astyrian International Football Association (AIFA) in the same manner. Its headquarters are based in Scottopia City, Scottopian Isles with regional centers in Paradise City, Blackhelm Confederacy & Fresno, San Joaquin Valley.
The East Astyrian Football League is also responsible for the operation of the annual cup tournaments and several other duties important to the functioning of the game such as the Mens and Womans National teams at the World Class, Under-21, Under-19 and Under-17 levels. The association has also affiliated itself to the developmental leagues in each country.
