Stralendese Representative Eric Hein walked into the building. He looked around and wondered where everyone was. He walked forwards and heard talking in a room. "Sh*t" he said, almost under his breath. "I'm damn late".

Eric walked into the room. He said "I'm so sorry I'm late, my plane was delayed" he said. Someone handed him a sheet and told him to fill it out.

Eric went and sat down at one of the few available chairs and took out his silver fountain pen and started filling in the form. More like than once his pen leaked ink on his paper but he filled out the form nevertheless.

Eric stood up and took the form and handed it back to representative. He went back to his seat and sat down. Eric wondered what the other representatives though of him being so late.

"Wow, that guy sure was late," thought the Vancouvian representative.

[Stralend]

Eric noticed a man looking at him. He noticed the man had a vancouvian emblem on his suit. Eric thought "God, I hope he isn't judging me". Eric straightened his black tie and tried his best to relax. He decided to get up and get a cup of coffee. "No sheep milk!" He thought angrily. "What is wrong with these barbarians!". However all that came out of his mouth was a slight grumble. Eric took his coffee, one milk and two sugars; and sat back down. He nervously sipped his coffee and almost spat it out when tasted the unfamiliar taste of Cow Milk. Luckily he managed to maintain his composure and gulp down the coffee.

The Vancouvian saw Eric spit out the cow milk coffee in disgust. "Does this man not know that the wild cow is Vancouvia's national animal, and that Vancouvia widely prizes its cattle industry?!" he thought, before downing a whole gallon of cow milk as a silent response.

The Svalbardian delegate looked at the Vancouvian delegate with a face of *what the fuck?*

Eric stared at the Vancouvian representative with a confused look. So many question went through Eric's head. Where did he get that milk? Why was he gulping down a gallon of cow milk? But the biggest question going through Eric's mind was "What the f*ck?".

Eric stood up and disposed of his coffee. He. He went and got a cup of water instead. Normally he would have had sheep milk coffee or wine but as these barbarians had no sheep milk and it was frowned upon to drink wine in the middle of an Olympic meeting he was forced to stick with water. Eric sat back down and took out his pen. He wrote something on a small piece of paper before both the paper and the pen disappeared back into his pocket. Then he sat there waiting for something to happen. The near silence was getting rather awkward.

Sipping the tea he had taken, watching the silent exchanges between Vancouvia and Stralend's delegates with bemusement. Matt Gordon stepped forward to break the silence. "I'm afraid you missed out on the voting for the sports Mr, sorry, I didn't catch your name" directing his question at the Stralendese delegate "I assume we can take your plane delay as a somewhat promising sign for your country, if the delay was caused by snow" Gordon said this with a slight chuckle, hoping to defuse tension between Hein and the Vancouvia delegate
