As a successor from our old thread, this will be Britonisea's sports wire and also, sports wire for my region. We have a busy 2015 year so it is best to get it all started now. Here, will be news of sporting events in both the international world and nationally. This would also be a place where we would plan to host a certain games or sport. Very rarely there may be a reference to out of sport information but that we be enhanced by sports.

This is not only here to look pretty, but to prove that I can host something, no matter what anyone says because I have the capability to do so and I, unlike some nations, have an imagination. Sometimes, that may be far fetched but in the end, I will hopefully be successful. Anyway, there is a busy schedule going on starting today.

BRITONISEA CALENDAR 2014-2015

DECEMBER 2014

-Winter Games of The Union of Confederate Regions, hosted by Britonisea.
This Winter Games is a 42 event games which is being hosted by Britonisea. These games will last approximately 7 days if you count out the missing and off days. Because the games lies on the Christmas period, there will be a sudden pause on the games as it will be suspended. More to come on this.

-ATP World Tour Finals. Tennis.
Although Britonisea was the only bidder, we lost at a disappointing rate. There has been a re open of bids however, we are very adement to host this finals as we haven't had a chance to host tennis this year and we don't really want to go out of 2014 with out hosting a tennis championships.

JANUARY 2015

-Kazahnian Grand Prix, hosted by Kazahn.
This is a regional event and first of it's kind. There will be a Kazahnian grand prix which is due to be the first regional event after the winter games and supposed to be the first sport for the region in 2015. It is not yet confirmed that Kazahn will host, however, their sporting officials had very high intentions to in January.

FEBRUARY 2015

-The Britonish Britannual Open, hosted by Britonisea.
This will be the first tournament to be held by Britonisea which is already official. Because Britonisea didn't host the July Open in July, we decided to move it to February under the name "Britonish Britannual Open". That will be a Tier 2 Open.

MARCH 2015

-The UCRRFF Cup, hosted by Britonisea.
Since the cup didn't work out last time because of meddling and the WInter Games, it has been pushed back to March. March will be a warm time to re-open the sign ups and host the Winter Games.

APRIL 2015
-The Summer Games of The Union of Confederate Regions.
Being the first part of two Summer Games of the year in The UCR, these games will be on a bidding process. It has not yet been confirmed if Britonisea would like to host the UCR's 2nd Summer Games after hosting the first Summer Games and then later the Winter Games. The Sporting Officials say it is unlikely but not ruled out.

MAY 2015
-Qualifications for the 10th Summer Olympiad.
Britonisea and it's commonwealth will be starting the qualifications of the 10th Summer Olympiad alongside the region.

AUGUST 2015
- 2nd UCRRFF Cup.
This is the second of the UCRRFF Cup in the year.

SEPTEMBER 2015
-The 3rd Summer Games of The UCR.
This will be the second part to the Summer Games. The First held earlier 2015.

DECEMBER 2015
-2nd Winter Games of The UCR.
LATER DATE NOT YET CONFIRMED

The only nations who are allowed to post here are the Mods and nations of my region. And me of course.

Are we really going to Free Republics in January?

The Grand British Kingdom, which the the commonwealth, have signed up for The Winter Olympiad which is going to be held in Free Republic supposedly. After Britonisea sent of their players, it was rejected by the Free Republics Athletics Committee because it has "the incorrect format". This is memories from Liventia in 2013 when Britonisea gave up and told the public that we will not raise the Liventian flag in Sports City, Britonisea. However, after that we went through 2014 quite swiftly. Britonisea is adamant to sign up for the Free Republics games because we want to see how they run it.
