As soon as we get the first host bid, which could be any day now (and, unfortunately, you can't bid because the World Cup's Constitution prohibits nations that didn't enter the last World Cup from bidding for this one).

Well, signups for the next World Cup and Baptism of Fire will open when somebody posts a host bid, which will likely be within the next couple of weeks. As for tournament timeline, you could reasonably expect the Baptism of Fire to start in the second week or so of September, and World Cup qualifying around two weeks later (a few days after the Baptism of Fire finishes).

OK, OK, I kid. Sampdoria. But only because their shirt rocks. And I could use their crest to make one of my own.

I'm kinda jealous though, should've had an Allejo jersey when I went to the Olympic rugby sevens finals.



But I did fool a guy into thinking I was from Canada due to wearing a Quebec Nordiques jersey so there were some good things. And GB losing was fun as hell too.
