I can give you Wilson Tahiri, who I expect to be getting some calls after guiding the Explorers into the World Cup playoff at the minimum.

Ryan White was planning to step down as coach anyway after this cycle (whether that's the World Cup or the CoH), but I doubt Quebecois fans would take very well to his infuriating defensive style. The whole 1-8-1 trap? That was his idea.

I will let you know in advance that the minimum expectation was to easily qualify for auto-qualification, not a playoff spot.Kaboomlandia wrote:Ryan White was planning to step down as coach anyway after this cycle (whether that's the World Cup or the CoH), but I doubt Quebecois fans would take very well to his infuriating defensive style. Such idea would be taken as heretic by Quebecois crowd.

Oh. I kind of thought qualifying for the playoff with a nation like Anglatia is more impressive because we're only ranked 49th and most of our squad is playing domestically, but I can understand the high expectations.

Not only that, it was unnecessary and almost rude for both you and Kaboomlandia to solicit offers when I didn't start the process.

The KFA is looking for a candidate to join the coaching staff as a defensive coach. We do not expect any big names but we would like to provide experience to someone who may manage a team in the future.

Chill, I just figured you would want to know who was available especially since you literally said to get your candidates ready.Flardania wrote:Now Hiring!

I have a few candidates depending on what defensive system you're running.

The team is still running the Ballista however because of the nature of the team we need someone to give more detailed attention to our defensive unit.

Former Southeastern goalkeeper Mia Rojo is available. She played in the Southeastern trap system that dominated the Armeian WD1 for a decade, and played for a long time with Ai Takagawa because she was Ai's mentor and then backup.

Well, we have the Ethanese defensive coordinator who could take the role.

Get them ready does not mean that the process has started. If that's the case, then I would've stated explicitly to TG or PM me for candidate.
