I can give you Wilson Tahiri, who I expect to be getting some calls after guiding the Explorers into the World Cup playoff at the minimum.

Ryan White was planning to step down as coach anyway after this cycle (whether that's the World Cup or the CoH), but I doubt Quebecois fans would take very well to his infuriating defensive style. The whole 1-8-1 trap? That was his idea. :p

I will let you know in advance that the minimum expectation was to easily qualify for auto-qualification, not a playoff spot.

Oh. I kind of thought qualifying for the playoff with a nation like Anglatia is more impressive because we're only ranked 49th and most of our squad is playing domestically, but I can understand the high expectations.

Now Hiring!

The KFA is looking for a candidate to join the coaching staff as a defensive coach. We do not expect any big names but we would like to provide experience to someone who may manage a team in the future.

Chill, I just figured you would want to know who was available especially since you literally said to get your candidates ready.

I have a few candidates depending on what defensive system you're running.

The team is still running the Ballista however because of the nature of the team we need someone to give more detailed attention to our defensive unit.

Former Southeastern goalkeeper Mia Rojo is available. She played in the Southeastern trap system that dominated the Armeian WD1 for a decade, and played for a long time with Ai Takagawa because she was Ai's mentor and then backup.

Get them ready does not mean that the process has started. If that's the case, then I would've stated explicitly to TG or PM me for candidate.

Well, we have the Ethanese defensive coordinator who could take the role.

Sorry for double post.

Guys, calm down a bit. We don't need an argument over Anglatia posting that they had someone to fill that role.

I know it was a bit pre-emptive, but Quebec, I feel you're going a little over the top on this one. Don't blow it out of proportion you two.

Since the topic has turned to the managerial changes, I should probably mention that Rule Theriault is available, if anybody is interested in a washed up manager who was great at one time. I'd like to see him jump from managerial job to managerial job and he has done an abysmal job as the Ilysee manager, so he's on the market.

If nobody picks him up though, he'll stay with Ilyseum for next cycle.

I'd say you were in the wrong there, RKQ. Admittedly, you hadn't technically started the process, but a couple of nations giving offers is hardly considered rude or unnessecary.

Overeager, perhaps, but no harm in that.

I'm sorry for the lack of RP and activity the past week. When Ceni was scorinating, I had an off-week so I could RP everyday but then I got back to school last tuesday and have been busy since.

Since this thread is now about managerial changes, Wlodzimierz Jastrzebowski is available for coaching abroad. He's an offensive minded head coach who wants to coach a team ranked higher than Prusy Krolewskie (which was unranked at the start of the world cup).

Seeing as managers are going on the market, I will mention that Joric Ruskin is set to leave Barunia at the end of this cycle. He was meant to retire in 75, but I wanted to Rp it and missed the chance.

He is planning to retire, but could be persuaded to join the right team, if I feel you would pay honour to his character.

Also, second best record in qualifying. I can live with this. 8)

No worries, mate. You and Osarius earned your spots fair and square and I'm not going to argue with that. Besides, even if I did win I wouldn't have qualified due to Osarius beating BP.

Good Luck at the World Cup. I hope to qualify for the CoH but I'll definitely have my eye on you.

Didn't have time to write anything(for only like the third time in this qualifying cycle), now I'm probably out of the tournament. :/
