I was partly through my latest RP, I thought I finally captured the hostile atmosphere of playing in Cora City, and then I accidentally closed it and lost everything I wrote...

My tips are to always press Ctrl + C every time I finish a paragraph, or in extreme cases, per sentence. Copy-paste is a lifesaver.

Hard luck. Were you writing it straight into the forum though? It's far to easy to lose your writing when you do that. I'd use a word processor and then copy and paste when you're ready to post.

I'm probably going to start doing that. I use Google docs for my other writing so IDK why I didn't think to use it for this.

Indeed, abstentions aren't supposed to count as votes and reopen host bids shouldn't ever be eliminated. Not that it matters since SJG and Stvoto won either way.

Hopefully next WCQ cycle i'll have enough time and will to make worth while rps, much better then the trash I posted this cycle.

Never the less, although I lost almost all my games in the second half of qualifying (accepts the last) it was a good run in the first half. The Devontans have learned allot from this WCQ cycle through defeat and victory. Thanks to all the members of Group 18 for the fun ride. (Even New Gelderland who was incredibly rude and dickish about my post and kits. Don't like it scroll down!

But iv'e insulted my own post already so it didn't really get to me, I even decided to compliment his team. Just to be the better person. I like to believe he/she was joking.)

And I need to pay attention to Presidential announcements more! I didn't even know I was in the WC committee :eyebrow:

As "llama hanging itself" turned up no useful results after the Tigers literally had their worst run since WC66, I will say this by text - thanks to the hosts for a great job with the WCQs! Good luck to all teams left in the race!

This is the day of broken curses! Equestrian States actually won a Playoff, and .... Cosumar has qualified for the first time since 2012!

It took seven full cycles since returning to regular activity, but late is better than never! Now how long until I find out who gets to kick my ass in the group stage?

As I always point out when these statistics come up, the Dreamed Realm is still the undisputed leader when it comes to the combined statistics of percentage of active participants qualifying for the World Cup, percentage of active participants who've previously won the World Cup, and average number of World Cups won per active WC participant.
