Hello Union of Confederate Regions! Welcome to the Sign up Thread for the UCRRFF's First World Cup for our region! On this we will talk about what the UCRRFF is and what the World Cup is. We will try to persude you to join us and sign up (SIgn up will take 5 seconds, literally) FInally, we will talk about the people who would like to host the World Cup.
The UCRRFF
In this long acronym you can probably see the UCR which stands for The Union of Confederate Regions, yes? Then we have the RFF part. The RFF stands for Regional Football Federations. So in all, this is The Union of Confederate Regions Regional Football Federation. At the moment, the Headquarters is in Telm Bias on the South East side of Britonisea and closest to North Britonisea's Darlington City. This is subject to change as the nation who is picked to host will be the new home for the UCRRFF and that nation will have the Vice-Presidency of the Sports Council, Britonisea being the first.
The World Cup of The UCR
The World Cup of the UCR will be held between each Olympic Games whether it is Winter or Summer. Right now, we are between the First Summer Games and the First Winter Games [Which will open in Late December to Early January]. So far, our region has grown from 20 nations to 70 nations and The UCR has grown a further 25 nations since August when the games' sign ups opened meaning that we are quite successful. No, you do not have to sign up for this, but if you are an active RPer or you like sports then I would sign up for this. The sign ups will be quick I will go through that in a minute. We still expect around half of the nations to sign up as this will go by very quickly. You are allowed to sign up puppets. So please consider it at least.
Sign up and Hosting
Sign up is very easy. All you have to do is post "In" or "NATION in" or just say that you would like to participate. Just signify it.That is how you sign up! Easy and simple!
Hosting is not a very easy job. It takes some guts to do it. Now The Union of Confederate Regions have only a few Sporty nations and only a few, if not a couple of people who know or are learning to use Xkoranate and NSFS. If you want to challange yourself, use Xkoranate on the NSFS formulae as this has more accurate scores. You can use NSFS but try XKoranate First as it is quicker. IF YOU ARE ELECTED HOST! Please Do not make up any scores. If you make up scores then you would be treated and you'll be barred from competing in any Sporting Competitions for a term. (3 Months). If you would like to do a joint host bid, that is fine, just TG the person you would like to host with. I hope to see a lot of host bids. If you do not know the structure of a host bid, go to Britonisea or Hoystein to help you. You will need an OOC (Schedule, NSFS or Xkoranate, Cut off Time and RP Bonuses) and IC (Stadiums, your nation, people, law etc).
This is the 1st Cup and all the nations signing up will be The Founding nations of the UCRRFF. Goodluck and sign up! The Top 35 nations are guaranteed a place the next number of nations could be in the Cup if the hosts allow it so hurry up!
