The halfway point was dominated by Fargudah Hammerheads who only conceded 1 draw and 1 loss. The guns on the other hand were trying there best to catch up to Fargudah but the 4 losses they faced proved to be the ground that broke them from Fargudah. Paymina Airforce on the other hand were totally bamboozled, with the team only recording 1 win and 5 draws, just a total of 8 points. Lulai City on the other hand showed that there attack could not be questioned as they beat Gerdafa Dragons 6-0.

The 2nd half of the league tensed up things. Fargudah Hammerheads had a loss in form but still won the league with 2 games to go, Mahmood Jordan of Jeckland should be thanked for that. The Guns had a big slip in form and dropped down to 9th place. Paymina Navy kept there composure and finished second in the league gaining a position after the halfway mark. Paymina Army could only record 2 wins after the half way point and fell down to 8th. Gerdafa dragons did miraculously to close in on a GC spot. The Stallions and the Sharks had a very close fight and the last day 1-0 victory for Lulai sharks saw them take the last spot for the GC.

"Corruption charges against PPL" changes have been made say's PFF president

Tamabad: Newly elected PFF president,Faisal Saleh Hayat had made his first priority the domestic league after being elected 1 month ago. Today in a press conference at the PFF house he had confirmed that changes have been made and a new league will replace the PPL. The league shall operate like the former PPL but changes of sponsors and the reduction of teams have been made. The league from 22 teams has been reduced to 16. Only Ten teams from the previous PPL shall be retained with the remaining being dissolved or relegated. The teams which have been dissolved due to their participation in the corruption charges are Tchiraz FC, FC Nevo Esperanso, Hasilpur Jaguars, Lawader FC, Hourannabad FC and Tachi defenders FC. The teams which have been relegated are Jacobabad FC, Pak-Jariri FC, Khaman FC, North Toota, Dasalabad Air Force and Tachi Navy FC. Hence the teams which have been retained to the new league named the PSL, Patistani Super league are: Tachi Stars, Haman Rockies, Tahore United, Fujranwala United, Patistan Air FC, P.E.C.S, Taslabad FC, Tahore Lions,Tamabad Strikers,Cachacistan FC. For the remaining slots, 6 new clubs were chosen, Tachi Federal FC was promoted to the PSL, after winning last years league 2. The new 5 clubs are Shardan FC, Mingaora United, Kaisalabad Watchers, Hasilpur Ox's and Luzzafrabad Trekkers.

Changes have also been made to the lower division's a separate article will be written to explain all the reforms.

League Review

Well that was that, the first season of the Patistan Super League has concluded.without any controversy whatsoever. Tachi Stars have won the league and have somewhat defended their title from the last Patistan Premier League. Haman Rockies have for the first time in the clubs history have failed to qualify for UICLA soccer. The biggest disappointment in the league were Fujranwala United who last time had finished 4th but now conclude the season on 14th spot. The best new team was Mingaora United, with the "Roots" finishing on 3rd sport and qualifying for the Champions cup. Cachacistan FC had wowed everyone by finishing in second spot, much due to Zulqarnain Haiders performance between the posts. The PSL's best goalkeeper award goes to him. The man with the highest goals Faraz Zia, who recently moved from Payminian giants, "Paymina Navy" has racked up 34 goals for Tachi Stars and gets the award for the best player of the season. Mingaora United's Nabil Aslam has been awarded the best defender award after his heroic defending throughout the league. He helped Mingaora concede only 29 goals, the leagues lowest. The best foreign player award goes to Angelo Di Mario of Quebec due to his midfield performance for Taslabad FC. Due to reform works in Patistan League 2 no teams will be relegated for the first season of the PSL.
