Patistans Host bid for the World Larcosse Championships 19

IC: Patistan,a very diverse place at the east rain forests that are full of Native people at the west metropolitan cities that catch the worlds eyes. Patistan is home to the best of the best sportsmen and woman in the world. All the stadiums are filled if any international team comes to Patistan,and it will be the countries new "#" if it can host the World Larcosee Championships. Larcosse in Pakistan will see a new era if it can host this prestigious competition. For this prestigious event the PLF(Patistan Larcosse federation) offers many world-class stadiums: Kasahwar Larcosse stadium,Tachi National stadium,Moon rise stadium.

OOC: The user behind Patistan has hosted no competitions but dont fret because Patistan has been in the cabins of NSsports from a acknowledged time,he hopes that this would be the first competition he hosts. Patistan has scorinated numerous leagues and friendlies though.

Format

I will be using Xkoronate in which i have practiced alot. The RP bonuses shall be between 0.000-1.000,
0.000-0.400 for bad RPs
0.500-0.700 for Moderate Rps
0.800-1.000 for Astonishing well written Rps.

Currently they are 24 teams signed up,if i am elected host i will keep signups open till 32. 8 groups of 4 will be made and the top two from each group progressing into the round of 16 and on wards.

How will you reconcile RP Bonus and ranking? Surely 5 points/1 point for a "good RP" is far too small for anyone to catch up to Unolia skills wise.

Yeah I see the problem here and ill switch it to 0-5. I don't see a reason to go more ahead then that,but their a roster shall take more points then a RP. Just putting the RP scale at 0-10 is a little to much. Also I forgot to mention in my bid that it is Quality over quantity

Hello, I'm Sarian, a friendly and active user on NSSports and through Esportiva as a whole, since bursting into the sporting scene in Baptism of Fire 54, a tournament I finished second in, I have been a consistent RPer, taking me to both Cup of Harmony 59 and 60, the later of which saw me missing out on the last 16 on Goals Scored. I have also organized the Beltane Cup, and hosted the first edition. I have also hosted the 17th World Lacrosse Championship.

As for Vintomter, it is my OOC puppet, and isn't too far from that ICly too, I have decided to include Vintomter as part of my same-user joint host bid to raise RP opportunities. This is not a new idea, as it has been done in a recent Worldbowl by Saintland and The Free Republics.

The Sarian

The Federated Isles of The Sarian, The Sarian Federation or simply Sarian is a group of Islands in Esportiva, headed by Chief Executive Fredrik Elwing, who took power following a series of assassinations and murders.

The principal islands are about 300 miles (500 km) east of Infore Major. The archipelago, which has an area of 47,000 square miles (122,000 km²), comprises Isle Saria, Isle Regis, Isle Kensingtea, Isle Oakhurst and many other smaller Islands. Each Island contains it's own unicameral legislative body, with the countries Legislative Assembly taking responsibility for its defence, finance and foreign affairs. The islands' capital and largest city is Chippenham on Isle Saria.

The Sarian was first spotted by Norwegian whaler, Johannes Henrikson, who landed at Johannes Point, on return to Norway, he failed to get the correct funding to proceed with settlement, however the British and Spanish government subsidised. 411 people, comprising of 202 men, 188 women and 21 children, headed by the S.S Chippenham, from which the premier city was named.
The population, estimated at 932,000,000 in 2142, primarily consists of native Sarian as well as small pockets of Yttribians, Lojish, Gloriaxians and Drakonian. The predominant and official language is Sarian English. Other official languages are Spanish, Norwegian, Latvian and Lojish (Gaelic based language).

The islands lie on the boundary of the subarctic and temperate maritime climate zones with both major islands having mountain ranges reaching to 4,600 feet (1,400 m). The islands are home to large bird populations, although many no longer breed on the main islands because of the effects of introduced species. Major economic activities include fashion, tourism, and sheep farming with an emphasis on high-quality wool exports. Oil exploration remains controversial as a result of maritime disputes.

Vintomter

Vintomter, officially the Kingdom of Vintomter, is a landlocked mountainous country and a microstate in Esportiva, its area is just over 160 square kilometres (62 square miles), and it has an estimated population of 35,000. Its capital is Isbergern. The biggest town is Nattby.

Vintomter is a unitary constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary system of government, wherein the King of Vintomter is the head of state and the Prime Minister is the head of government. Power is separated among the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government, as defined by the Vintomter Convention on Governance, which serves as the country's supreme legal document.

Vintomter is divided into 11 Flykers, each Flyker is administered through a directly elected assemblies who elect the County Governor. Additionally, the King and government are represented in every county by a fylkesmann, who effectively acts as a Governor. As such, the Government is directly represented at a local level through the County Governors' offices.

Much of its terrain is mountainous, making it a winter sports destination. Many cultivated fields and small farms characterize its landscape. The country has a strong financial sector located in the capital, Isbergern, and has been identified as a tax haven.

As the expected numbers for the tournament are not clear, I can not commit to a definitive structure, the following will be tentative structures, open to minor amendments depending on numbers.

24 Teams - 8 groups of 3, double round robin, top two qualify for the last 16, standard knockout from then on.

28 Teams - 7 groups of 4, double round robin, top team from each group qualify plus best runner up qualifies for Quarter Final, standard knockout from then on.

32 Teams - 8 groups of 4, double round robin, top two teams from each group qualify for last 16, standard knockout from then on. (Prefered)

36 Teams - 9 groups of 4, double round robin, top team from each group qualify for last 16 alongside the best 7 runners up, standard knockout from then on.

The scorinator employed would be xkoranate 0.3.3, using the Lacrosse setting. As usual, RP bonuses will be cumulative between 0-4, with quality above quantity. Rosters will be graded between 0-5. In the event of myself reaching the knockout rounds, a third party scorinator will be drafted.

The tiebreakers I'd favour would be the following, in order -
