Thirteen, unlucky for some but maybe not for you? The Rugby League World Cup is about to enter its 13th edition and here is the place to sign up. Any nation wishing to sign up should declare so in the thread below. Any puppet nations will be admitted at the discretion of the eventual host and are limited to one per master nation. All puppets must be declared. Failure to do so so may result in your ejections from the tournament

You wanna host this thing? Well, you have until the end of April to declare your interest and submit a bid (ie: 23:59GMT - 30th April) after which all the NSRB members will vote and a host duly chosen.

To give prospective host nations a good idea of what is expected, here is Rugby Union World Cup XXI's successful host bid and Rugby League World Cup XII's successful host bid
