Ceni, are the ranks going to be re setted for 2015?

Britonisea is right - there is no formal application process or anything; just signing up for a tournament will do.

Also, men's and women's are intermixed here (it's different from RL)

No, ranks will not be reset for 2015; results from tournaments will be re-entered as they pass. For example, a player scored 270 points in the 2014 Electrum Slam and 900 in the 2015 one. The 900 will replace the 270, and so on for other tournaments.

I'll certainly RP then; what does that entail?

I'd like to take this opportunity to go over my proposed timetable for the next few months.

Week of October 6: Signups for Santa Maria Open, Santa Maria Open
Week of October 13: Santa Maria Open, signups for Kannapian International
Week of October 20: Kannapian International
Week of October 27: Kannapian International

The Stars Patistan Open has been switched with the Santa Maria Open due to the host (Patistan) having family issues.

Also, there will be a new rule introduced for the Kannapian Invitational. In addition to CTE nations, inactive nations will no longer be eligible for automatic qualification. Inactive nations will be defined as nations who (a) have not posted a RP in the past 3 months before an event; (b) have not hosted an event in the past 3 months; or (c) have not signed up for an event in the past 3 months. This rule is designed to encourage RPing as well as to allow nations with an intent of RPing to have more players in a tournament instead of players of nations who signed up for one event, got lucky, and don't give a hoot about RPing or even tennis in general. Exceptions will be made for adverse RL circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Also, I have spoken with Rarungan about issues with the Manunggal Open. We will have an update about this situation as soon as I get something worked out with him.

That schedule for the month works for me. I'll have the signups for the Third Kinterten next weekend.

Yes - but considering that his last activity was eight days ago and he hasn't responded to either of my TGs, we might have to put some feelers out to find another host. Then, yes, Hamilton Open, Estope Open, and WTF.
