For those wondering, the song is "We Took Vegas" by Deadly Avenger. It was used by the BBC for their 2006 Commonwealth Games coverage.

EDIT: And yes, it does sound like "Woman Like Me" - and a bit of digging reveals that both appear to have sampled this wee ditty.

Sorry for the double post, but the men's road race appears to be short to the tune of four Krytenians.

Ah that clears some things up. :p

Still, great job with the podcast, seemed very realistic.

That it is. They'll be scorinated separately in a bit and added to the results.
Edit: The four Krytenians have now been added to the results.

The reason for this was you had them under "Men’s Mass Start" whereas the event name was "Men’s Road Race", and the latter is what I used to form the start list.

My women's Double Sculls team were, unfortunately, entered in the men's event, and made the top few (the men also were, correctly, entered). Not sure how you want to resolve this, any way is fine with me, still mostly afk.

I have a similar issue, as my female beach volleyball team was entered into the male event.

That's easy enough, I'll just remove them from the standings.

I'll fix the affected groups. Men’s Group K is now a three-pair group; Women’s Group K is now a four-pair group.

Oops. I C&Ped the headers from my Emberton signup; I'm guessing the ladies will need adding to the Women's Road Race then. Sorry about that.

I produced an RP meant for day Three and found that I put it in the Day 2 Section 2 section... cripes.

Just wondering if there will be medal tables listed in the results posts? I know there have been in the past, so I'm just curious.

I just found another issue regarding my signup. I signed my two shooters up in the Men's 50m Rifle Prone, however they participated in the Men's 10m Air Pistol.

I can't find your shooters in the results for the 10m air pistol.

They are there in the qualifiers, where they did not move on from and I just noticed now.

Shooting — Men’s 10m Air Pistol qualification
Qualification
12 Bartholomaus Searlas (QMB)
31 Klemens Bradford (QMB)

RP that how you wish then. As they didn't move on, there's no real need for me to change anything. Just say they were included by accident (which they were) or something. They'll still be included in their actual event.

Why did none of my athletes compete today?

You'll need to be more specific than that, who's missing?
In any case, chances are none of your athletes competed today because none of their events were scheduled today.

The signup instructions at the start of this thread say not to change the event names when signing up; your athletes were both missed as you signed them up using the ' apostrophe whereas all event names use ’. This is even specifically mentioned as an example:
Liventia wrote:Do NOT change the name of any of the events. If it says "Women’s 100 m Freestyle" do not change it to "Women's 100m Freestyle". When I create entry lists I use the find function, and if you change the name of the event I will NOT find your entry. I will not be held at fault if I miss any entries in this manner.

The swimming and shooting will be easy enough to fix. The judo on the other hand is not. So I can scorinate additionally to add your swimmer and shooter, but I'm not going to add your judoka in. It's your fault he missed out. I'll make sure the rest of your signups get picked up for their events.

My keyboard only has one apostrophe. Evidently my iphone which I'm on now has both, but my laptop doesn't.

Also, my shooters on Day 2 were entered just fine even though I used that apostrophe so clearly it's not my fault.

Your shooters on Day 2 were picked up because I searched for "SHOOTING" rather than the event name, as it was the first event on the list anyway. Might I suggest trying to annoy the host is not the best thing to do.
