What are the tiebreakers used when teams are level on points? I thought goal differential was first, but judging from the results in Group 6, that is obviously not the case or I'd be in third right now.

Ties will be settled by head-to-head record, followed by head-to-head goal differential, head-to-head away goals and finally overall goal differential. If still tied, a playoff will be used to settle the tie, if necessary to determine advancement.

Can I put forth a really bad bid for IC reasons knowing perfectly well it's going to fail, while having no OOC intent to actually host? (I'll specify this when I post the bid, just in case anyone wanted to vote for me, but it's going to be so bad nobody could be stupid enough to do so.)

The best way to do this is to leave the necessary OOC parts out. A bid lacking a scorinator is invalid and would, presumably, not be voted upon.

If you're going to make 'so bad' then why bid when you actually don't even want to host, this goes under the stupid category.
