I'd say nearing the end of the current World Cup is a good time to open signups.

If someone can work on getting the rankings done, I would be more than happy to share the formula used too. I just don't have the time to do them myself. If someone works on the rankings, I see no reason why we can't reopen signups ASAP.

Completely forgot about this, but with the next World Cup about to start, I was thinking about seeing if their was any interest (apart from the usual contestants) for another edition, or if we should just bury this permanently.

With all the regional events about to happen and some tournaments still going on i think we should wait a little longer.

I would agree, some time between AOCAF/Copa Rushmori and world cup would be best.

IC information on the host nation is now up. Since I posted it later than I had intended, I have elected to push the entire schedule back by a day. The first matchday will be tomorrow. The first cutoff will take place sometime between 27 and a quarter and 29 and a quarter hours from the time of this post.
