Welcome to the first edition of one of the most important sports event of the region, "La Copa de Flegavia". This first installement will mark the inauguration of a tournament where every nation will rejoice, or suffer; according to their results in the games. Since this is the first edition, there will be no rankings; so it's going to be basically the result of RP bonus and luck. The hosting rights have been awarded to Euskirribakondara this time, but in the future, a process of biding will decide the host.

This tournament is restricted to Flegavian nations (check out the Official List of Flegavian Nations).

Details
Format
With 28 teams, we'd have: round robin in 7 groups of 4 teams, with the top two advancing to the Round of 16 plus the two best 3rd places. Then, knockout round until the end (R16, QF, SF, 3PM, F).

Scorination
The scorination will be done in the latest version of xkoranate, using the NSFS formula (absolute) and a bonus of 15%. Quality in roleplaying will be more appreciated than quantity. Factors to take into account: creativity, grammar and spelling and respect for the other teams' RP permissions. All RPs will be ranked and given a score.

Venues
Twelve venues will be decided in the near future. Each one in each one of the Mainland provinces of the country. Venues in North Sakhovelo, North Azerxurade and Qeekallit Nunaat are still under consideration.

I'm not familiar with sports RPs, but one thing I can tell you is that Fromulyans love soccer.
