Alright let's get on topic, so Presidential Elections take place every 2 world cups or so?

You'll find most of the information you need on WCC governance in the WCC constitution, as listed in the opening post of the present thread.

Estenia, please stop posting here just because you can.

This is not helping.

The WCDT is not your personal discussion thread, nor is it an excuse to boost your post count.

It depends more on your writing then your knowledge of the game, I have played for over 20 years and have been in paid coaching positions for 6, just because you know the game backwards doesn't mean roleplay is any easier.
You know you've made it on NSG when you have a whole thread created around what you said.

Actually, my soccer roleplay has not yet started, as I have to play matches, then you'll see. As for the writting, yes I need to be fixed, but what do you excpect for someone playing 15 years lesser than you. Tell me, alright, I forgot to mention this was just fun but anyway I'll just stop spamming ths thread.

Also, Jeckland has made the final of the World Baseball Classic the last two tournaments, even though by his own admission he doesn't know much about baseball. Not all RP's have to be directly related to the tournament itself - see the war between me and Llama that started in the IBS and will likely spill over into other tournaments once that is over. RP'ing that well got us both to the final even though neither of us really RP'ed much about baseball. So I wouldn't even count out people who know next to nothing about soccer if they're good RP'ers.

Which I only spotted because he started a thread in Moderation; it looks like he's been hanging around F7 for the most part, though, since returning August-ish.

Yeah, we Esportivans knew that already, as Crosshill is in our region. Yes, a WC winner in Esportiva. Deal with it.

And 50% of the nations in the Dreamed Realm have won the World Cup at least four times.

So while it's always nice to see an oldie come back, and I'm delighted that Crosshill is active again, I don't really see anything I have any particular need to "deal with".

Ah, that old discusion, older than dinosaurs... No again. If you won the WC, let me say congrats! if your region won more times than others the WC, let me say again congrats! This a nonsense discussion, we are all winners because we take part of this, deal with it and stop this nonsense argument!

One of you super-oldies should TG Crosshill and see if he wants to make a return to the WC before signups for 70 are officially closed.

And sorry Esportivans, but that doesn't count. You'll win one of these cycles, though ;)

Out of curiosity, what region was Crosshill in when they won?

Silverware isn't everything, just look at Apox's long history in being distinctly average upon qualifying for the WC.

I do believe there's room for one more zimmer-frame.

Indeed, we have enough room for nations into the WC, considering that sign-ups will remain open until the end of the BoF.

Sorry for the delays in MD1 and MD2 scorination the past two days. My laptop and my bro's were occupied right in the expected time for the cutoff window(I normally cutoff in the later part of the window) the past two days, and it didn't take until a while ago. The scorinations should be back to normal hours starting tomorrow.
