Something something curious. Sorry, curious.

Don't worry, PIS. I mean, sure, it's rubbing salt on your wounds (yes, plural now, cause they're two!), but your team sort of asked for it, like Audio's before World Cup 63. Just win the next one or something and we'll stop bringing it up. :P

Also, I told you not to brag about that 8-0 on IRC the other day, but you wouldn't listen. :P

Well, if you reach the final one more time, you'll have something to be proud of of note either way.
Either you'll finally win a title... or you become Polar Netherstates. The only nation to appear in three World Cup finals without a win.

btw, there are five other nations with the same World Cup final record as you. Two of whom are active, and one sort-of active. Maybe some joke diversion is in order? ;)

But I'll bet you didn't know this is the fourth time it's happened, after Audioslavia lost the finals of WC19/20, Liverpool England at WC26/27 (both against Bedistan) and The Holy Empire at WC56/57. THE and Audio are also tied for most finals lost, both with 4.

But I've also won more than Audio ;)

Give me another year or two, and I might even have won as many as I've lost.....

Another question from me:

What's the etiquette for using players who have earned senior caps in a U21WC squad? Is there any rule specifically prohibiting it, and is it commonly done?

Thanks.

Yes, it's allowed. I tend to do it a lot, actually. For this DBC, for example, my starting XI will have six capped players. Three of them are starters, too.

All of the sudden I am about to have a bunch of free time for the next little while.

Anyone interested in bidding to co-host WC67 with me? If you have co-hosted the World Cup before, hosted a WCC-sanctioned tournament; or any of the following: World Bowl, World Baseball Classic, World Cup of Hockey or International Basketball Championship; and are interested in putting together a co-host bid with me, shoot me a TG.

SJG is searching for a NT coach after the death of Milos Miljanic (due to a "cerebrovascular accident") during a friendly match against Texacano the last week, but what SJG needs?

- A coach with with enough experience and motivation to establish a new way to play in SJG.
- Dynamic, outgoing and serious nature.
- knowledge in the strategy of the game at floor.
- Experience in NT's or first division teams or Premier Leagues (if coming from countries with a good level of second division, accepted)

In retribution, SJG will give Excellent salary, pension when he retires, a home, vehicle and attractive salary bonuses.

SJG is able to pay whatever it takes, with the purpose of collecting quality

Send a short CV and your wage claims via TG

Oh man. In preparation for my DBC29, AOCAF42 and upcoming WC67 'Star is going to try and properly RP for the first time in ages' campaign, I'm going back through time to update my team records, caps, goals, names, etc.

Currently doing caps/goals for WC62.

While we're on the subject of team record pages, I might as well mention that if anybody wants their scorers changed on my factbook or if wants to name their goal scorers from when they didn't post a roster, send me a TG with corrections and I'll add them in. This discussion also reminds me that I need to update my factbook soon, but unfortunately I don't really have the time to do that at the moment.
