Group phase: We're looking at either 10 groups or 15 groups. No playoffs

Style modifiers: +/- 3

RP-Bonus: Frequency and quality will be judged. To be fair with everybody, if someone posts more than a RP per matchday, those will be considered as one whole RP for the matchday.

Scorination time: Scorination will be done around 20:00 ET/19:00 CT.

Previous experience:
Septentrionia: WC26/42, 2 Cherry Cups, 2 WCoH, 3 NS Bowls (ancestor of the World Bowl), 1 Rugby World Cup (Union) and 1 Oliverry Cup (Ice Hockey invitational tournament)
Yafor 2: Baptism of Fire 29, some Futsal tournaments

ICly, our two nations have many things in common. They are both very accessible and friendly nations. In fact, both are as open to the world as one would hope. Both are more social democratic (or democratic socialist) in their essence, so governments are very present. Both also have somewhat good relationships with Sorthern Northland, but not for the same reasons (you can ask for them if you wish).

No particular reason. We just felt like it was the most conventionally used range. Also, it's a good compromise between those who like an extravagant range and those who want no style modifier at all.

"Socialist" doesn't mean that much taxes. Actually, in Septentrionia, it's the income tax that is quite high (reaching about 55% for the highest level of taxation). The sales tax is quite low compared to many countries (3% for the federal tax, gouvernements (the sub-national entities on the island) can add to it, as long as the combined both don't make for more then 12%). Aside from that, there's no "landing fee", "entering the country fee" or "killing a ghost fee", although there should be one for the latter. We'll have to tell Béatrice Mercure about it.
