I have found and rectified the problem. Results should now be correct

Seeing as only one RP has been posted since my results, and that RP had nothing to do with the results of MD1, I simply rescorinated the games, and all should now be correct. Thank you for your vigilance, Saintland. Future scorinations should all follow the set pattern.

Crap. I had already started my RP and was almost done with it, in fact.

Luckily, your re-scorination produced a similar scoreline so it shouldn't be too difficult to amend my RP to it, but still....it's an annoyance. At least it's all straightened out now.

My apologies as my RP will be rather sparse, if happening at all while the AVBF is going. That's if I even make it that far.
TG me with questions if you got some, especially about GE&T or PMCs.

Sorry for this inconvenience.

Question with regards to the tiebreakers as it looks like our group is out of order.

-Points
-H2H Points
-Overall Points Differential
-H2H Points Differential
-Overall Points For
-H2H Points For

Osarius 7–20 HopNation - Should this not put me ahead of Osarius on the table? We have the same points but H2H I would be ahead of him. The way the table looks currently I'm thinking H2H Points has been omitted. The Urain and The Sarian are in the right order based on the above, but The Urain also has a better +/- so its hard to know if that is the root cause. Here's the breakdown I'm coming up with for each.

-Points:both of us are 4-1 with 12 points
-H2H Points: with Osarius 7–20 HopNation we have, HopNation 3 Osarius 0
-GD: Osarius +71 HopNation +23
-H2H GD: HopNation +13
-Overall Points For: Osarius 114, HopNation 82
-H2H Points For: HopNation 20, Osarius 7

GROUP E Pld W L PF PA PD Pts
1 Saintland 5 5 0 187 43 +144 15
2 Osarius 5 4 1 114 43 +71 12
3 HopNation 5 4 1 82 59 +23 12
4 The Kytler Peninsulae 5 3 2 103 48 +55 9
5 Laiyenda 5 2 3 81 106 −25 6
6 The Urain 5 1 4 95 115 −20 3
7 The Sarian 5 1 4 52 160 −108 3
8 Coconutstan 5 0 5 37 177 −140 0

So am I missing something? Looking through the other groups on our side it looks like they are ordered on +/- (but I didn't go though all prior MDs to see who all has played each other...).

for reference here's the table from my puppets group, where this happened - Timberminich 3–3 Gregoryisgodistan (6–3 OT):
Pld W D L GF GA GD Pts
1 Allamunic States 5 5 0 0 90 27 +63 15
2 Timberminich 5 4 0 1 78 44 +34 12
3 Gregoryisgodistan 5 4 0 1 97 6 +91 12
4 Estenia 5 3 0 2 88 112 −24 9
5 Free Swiss States 5 2 0 3 67 76 −9 6
6 Patistan 5 1 0 4 37 75 −38 3
7 Vankelland Islands 5 1 0 4 26 75 −49 3
8 Ulapotamia 5 0 0 5 24 92 −68 0

Just mentioning, for Ro16 matchup in Vettrera I'll be facing NWG again.... Shouldn't that not be happening, especially this early?

Also, I'm looking for someone to scorinate upcoming Ro16 for Québec. TG me or PM me via IRC for more information.

Just want to apologize myself, I've been busy, and when I have had time, I've had a bit of a writers block, like, I know what I want to happen, just struggling to find a way to put it that I'm happy with, never the less I'll just put some more filler stuff. Speaking of which, after my last one, thinking maybe next Bowl I shall have to make a musical :p

Due to personal reasons in which the host is involved, I will be unable to scorinate within the time of the window. In that instance, the cutoff will either be up in anytime from 22:00 to 1:30 EST tonight, and if it does not, the cutoff will happen at the normal window(probably at the very beginning) the next day.

I just imported Saintland's modifiers to xkoronate so I could third-party scorinate the Quebec-NWG match, but I didn't want to lose my existing SQIS modifiers since I like them better than Saintland's and want to use them in any future tournaments I host. So what I did was create a copy of an existing file in the americanfootball folder (it doesn't matter which one, I deleted everything in it anyway) and renamed the new file to americanfootball_saintland.xml, then inserted the following slightly modified code into the xml file instead of what was in there already. The changes I made will get it to show up under American Football as a new entry called "Saintland formula." As long as you make a copy of an existing file instead of replacing the original, you should still have all your original formulas, including SQIS, as well as the Saintland formula. The formula is otherwise unchanged.

I have it set up as the World Bowl XXII formula on my end. I did the same thing with the World Cup 68 formula.

The World Bowl XXII formula is also available on my Google Drive account, as are the various files for Arena football (the links came out of the domestic gridiron thread I started earlier this year and which I should probably revive sometime soon).

Semifinals will be tonight everyone.
I was extremely sick yesterday, and has to sleep most of the day, to

I'd also like to announce my hiatus from nationstates (in competition and closing) at the conclusion of this event.

As you've all probably noticed, a culmination of Real Life issues has led me to make this decisiom, and has made hosting this event extremely difficult both based on having a busy schedule (for good reasons) and emotional issues (for bad). I hope to return someday, and I am sorry for the delay

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

You will be extremely missed by the WB and WCoH community, Vettrera, and I hope you'll be back very soon.

We will miss you. Now that you and Wolfie are gone, nobody left will have hosted an IBS that I participated in but didn't win. But seriously, we will miss you. And by the way, do you hunt deer or do you love them?

I'll still be around on the IRC. But competing/hosting is a no - no until maybe the summer...and if I do come back, it'll be with a new nation.

It's been grand everyone

Umm I do not hunt deer (or anything for that matter) but they always wander onto my property and they're nice to watch.

Congrats to Saintland, Ko-oren and Equestrian States! Commiserations to the rest and better luck next go round.
Big thanks to the hosts for a great tournament and sorry again, I hope to RP the next one.
TG me with questions if you got some, especially about GE&T or PMCs.

Thank you all for all your fantastic and "fantastic" RPs for this WB. I certainly enjoyed being one of your 2 hosts and hope you did as well!
