You've all heard of the World Bowl... IRL, there's the Super Bowl... but now it's time for the Cereal Bowl!

The Cereal Bowl
An American football tournament for peewee teams (kids ten and under) from across NationStates

This tournament will help test Footba11er, a new scorinator recently released by The Babbage Islands, by utilizing the American football function. Twelve teams of kids ten and under will be accepted for this tournament. One team per nation, no puppets allowed (unless you don't use your main nation). Teams will be split into two groups of six, playing a double round robin. The top two teams from each group will move to the knockout stage, with a finals and a third place game.

RP bonuses will be awarded on a 1-3 scale, with a daily 25% degradation and a max bonus of 10. There will be no ranks involved, so RP as much as you can to have a good shot at winning it all!

First things first, we asked the Full Time Youth Worker/ part time Head Coach Daisy O'Brien why the roster had no positions identified for each player?

"These are all football players". He said. "Who am I to tell them what their position is? We are in the business of exploration here, give them a chance to play everywhere. Let them find their position naturally. The more positions they experience, the better understanding of the game they will have."
Needless to say we at the 'Daizland Daily' are looking forward to visiting the team at training camp this week!
