WAC ROUNDUPThe trend seems to be 2 in a row, as we've had two winners through four races, and though points haven't been updated it's safe to assume that Alex Whitt has overtaken Lake Speed in the standings.
THE GOOD1.) Alex Whitt. He's won two in a row, one with a last lap pass over Mark Granby at Pocono and the second running away with the victory at North Wilkesboro. Known as "The Mayor" for his commanding, aggressive driving style, he's also posted two top ten finishes.
2.) Greg Woodard. After a slow start to the season, Woodard managed to rebound last week with a second place finish, although had it not been for a late caution and lapped traffic he very well could have taken the checkered flag.
3.) Lake Speed. He has struggled the past two races, but he won the first two races of the season and still sits high in the points.
THE BAD1.) Teddy Scholz. Equipment failures, not keeping pace, Scholz has had trouble keeping up. If he wants to be a title contender he'll have to step it up before he falls too far back.
2.) Simo Hayha. We're hesitant to put him on the bad side, but his performance since a second place finish at Daytona has started to waver, with 22nd and 23rd place efforts at Pocono and North Wilkesboro
3.) The rest of Arnham Rennsport. Randy Morrison and Horace Padarson will have to do better if they want to dominate this series like they did the WAC Big West Tour.
