World Cup 55 Friendlies Thread

Here is where you can arrange, and eventually find results for, friendlies in the World Cup 55 cycle. There will be three large sets of friendly matches; before, halfway through, and after the qualifying phase. Nations can compete in up to three host-scorinated friendlies during each of these days (and any other number, at any time, if they can find outside scorination). This limit includes minitournaments. Only friendly requests that both parties post in this thread to request host scorination for will be accepted! (If you are organizing minitournaments, one post with the names of all competing teams, and the format for the tournament, will suffice.) When requesting host scorination, please indicated when and where the match will be played.

[Civil Citizenry]

I would like to request the Next Generation Trophy. The participants will be Civil Citizenry, Erathore, FSSO [Socialist States Owen], and Carasatoga. The four teams will play a simple round-robin tournament, one game per day, one game against every other team. The top two teams will play one game for the finals, which will be scorinated post-World Cup, as agreed to by the World Cup hosts. The tournament will be hosted at the Grand National Stadium in Richardsonia, Civil Citizenry.

[Sarzonia]

I'd like to begin to arrange for four sign ups for the Mike Sarzo Memorial Trophy.

There will be four site locations leading to the regional finals in Nicksia, Benatar, Sarzonia and Catherina, Delaclava. The sites will include Jhanna, Starblaydia and Emberton, Krytenia, as each of the four nations mentioned are considered "anchor nations." In other words, those four nations are presumed to be taking part unless they explicitly state that they're NOT participating.

If you're interested in signing up, please indicate your interest by posting in this thread. The first four may or may not get in depending on IC interest level and/or OOC desire to play. The decision for which four teams will join Sarzonia, Delaclava, Starblaydia and Krytenia will be biased toward nations who have strong desires to take part even more so than people who'd have IC reasons to compete.

In addition, Sarzonia will NOT request any friendlies besides the customary post-World Cup fixture against Delaclava. However, if a nation expresses a desire to play Sarzonia and THEY request it, we will accept based on constraints provided by the host nations.
