The Empera Crown Citadel Bank is the reserve bank of the Orwyn and Demagan Empires. With a total of 2,513,000,000 active users of the Empera Crown and growing everyday. It is a subsidiary of the Royal Imperial Holding Corporation and stock in the bank is owned by the Orwyn and Demagan governments with a slight majority of 55% of the stock held by the Orwyn Government verses the 45% held by the Demagan Government.

The current Chairman of the bank is Stefan Goldschmidt he has a long background in finance after he received his doctorates in Economics and Business Administration, Stefan was entered into the service of the Royal Family of Orwyn as their Financial Administrator. Once the Orwyn and Demagan Empires formed their blood pact a central currency was not far off. Once the ECCB was formed Stefan quickly won the Chairmans position and has run the bank since.

The ECCB offers what can be argued to be the safest currency and accounts in the universe. Using a number of methods that make the ECCB the perfect choice for any nation, business, or individual of any technology level.

The system in use in Orwyn and Demaga involves a implant in the forearm that is readable by the sensors in place at business and around the nations by the DAEDALUS AI/VI system. If the stance of the local government that a legal currency will have no use then there is no need for the ECCB to suffer under the loss of money that surely awaits. Although the ECCB branches could preform the services of the ECCB and just turn the Empera Crown into a currency your government finds more "useful" that would create a extra expense and that would have to be passed on to the average customer. I do not want to hurt potential customers by having expense pushed on to them. At this moment your application is PENDING, per a full review by our stockholders. Its legal because you don't get arrested for trying to use it. It is useless because very few places will accept any currency other then the Aureus and Solidius or the USD and NSD. Additionaly somewhere the Ryberg currency is accepted.
