Recently, the Generals of Ruskarkand (The leaders) have decided it would be best to exchange some of the nations resources for wealth to keep fueling the nation.
The ice of which Ruskarkand resides on was untouched for centuries, most of it is still preserved, but afew select spots have been chosen to extract oil from the ground below.

These are extremely high security areas, oil is very prized in the nation, and the guards have permission to shoot on sight for anyone who doesn't present ID, this is your chance to get your hands on such a valuable resource coming from a great nation like this one.

We as a nation are offering our extracted crude oil for a modest fee of 50 Credits/Dollars per barrel.
The purchase will mean going to the Ruskarkand Ice dock with a tanker to pick up your order, it is best you consider that before you send something to pick up your oil, because there IS Ice.
Or you may send a freighter plane to secure it at Dragon Citadel Airfreighter Port, much more safer and efficient, but you must present ID over the radio when approaching the border.

The oilfields are Ruskarkands by right, men have died here to claim them from the rebels.
You did not call the rebels saying they were yours, did you not?
If the case that it is a threat, then it is an empty one, because we had to slaughter the occuying rebels for you, then we claimed what was ours.

However, we are willing to give you a grant of 100,000 barrels of oil to leave us alone.
Or even if you wish to wipe us off the map to get this oil, you will have an extremely hard time to get to it.
The tempriture in Ruskarkand is often -80 degrees celcius, the oil is frozen most of the time, if not, parts of it are.
We are specially equipped to harvest such Oil, so I suggest that you leave this field to us.
