Our Story

Global Law started out as a small town firm in Finium and moved up the ladder of influence to the top of the law industry in the Finium's capital where it became one of the most prominent firms worldwide. In 2008 the owners began a campaign to expand their firm into the international community. The owners finally achieved this goal in the summer of 2010 effectively renaming the firm "Global Law". As time moved on the owners made the landmark decision to become not only a multinational firm, but to offer their expert services worldwide, bringing us to you, your country or company ready to serve.

We are able to offer our services worldwide because of our effective method. Our very first step is to find an arbitrator, everything we and our opponents do in relevance to the case is run through at least one of these. We next take, if applicable, World Assembly resolutions and carefully examine their relevance to the case. Our third step is to look at the laws of the nation of origin of the plaintiff and compare them to those of the defendant and place of offense. The finial step is to hold a hearing at which the arbitrators will give their verdict.

We follow a very strict privacy policy in which we reveal nothing to the public without either asking our clients or a direct court order

For a client we charge a base fee of 10,000 USD and then figure in the amount of time they will be our client and add the yearly rate in so they can clear all the fees in one easy payment. If we do a case for our client then we charge a 10% settlement fee.
For a one time user we charge a base fee of 5,000 USD and a 20% settlement fee.

These are not the only fields of law we operate in, but we are the best when it come to protecting our client in the following areas

Copyright infringement is one of our better areas simply because it is one of the most clearly regulated in international law with several different resolutions building on each other to give us the greatest ability to defend our clients.

We have, ever since becoming an international firm, paid very special attention to war crimes, because of their importance to the international community, because of the clear laws defining them and, lastly, because other nations will support our client in their suit or appeal giving a greater capability to insure the security of our client
