History.
Globexanter Arms. was Globexanter's first, and still now biggest, Arms Manufacter. Every year it generates a profit equivalent to most of Globexanter's large industries added together. It's owner Joris Lloriaux is one of Globexanter's richest men.
Globexanter Arms. was created in 1607. Since then it has just grown & grown. It has strong ties with the Government.
In 2010, the Administration Board led by the owner reviewed armies of Nation States. Most saw that most armies had low moral and badly trained men. This gave Joris Lloriaux an idea: To create a Corporation which would train soldiers from a Nation or from Globexanter in a way to support foreign armies.
High quality of Training.
Each man, young or old, is given the same amount of training of which a Special Forces soldier would receive.
Each soldier is trained in every possible weapon and vehicule. They are also learnt how to use various telecomuniation devices, how to repair trucks & tanks, how to give first aid. Some are even trained in surgeries !
In other words, these men & women are trained for every possible scenario.
They are trained in harsh & mixt environments. If you want soldiers who are experts in Urban Combat, just ask and we will give.
How the " System " works.
This system has two ways of working.
1. The nation who wants better trained soldiers can send some of their recruits to Globexanter for training.
2. Globexanter Arms. will hand pick to definition ( hair, size, etc... ) recruits & volunteers from its own pool.
3. Globexanter Arms. will create a temporary Training Camp in the willing Nation ( rare occurence ).

To send recruits to train in Globexanter.
Globexanter Arms. will themselves cover the costs of transporting the Recruits. Each training costs 100,000 U.S.D. per person. There is no age limit. But dontt send us grannies.

Remember. We can only offer soldiers up to the age of 60 in this pool. And the ones near 60 arent really ment for the on-site stuff.
Remenber, each of this type of soldier costs 500,000 U.S.D., and thats just with the hair, size, eye colour...
However, these ones will be even more well trained due to the fact it is most likely they have spent most of their life at Globexanter Arms.
If you want another soldier who does not have the same caractistics as the first bunch, just copy & paste the Requested parts and how many you want.
