What are the laws and regulations on personal firearms?

The only laws for personal firearms are that all firearms must be registered with the United States of Panmen Dept. of Homeland Security, and may not be launchers, submachine guns, light machine guns, or anything besides handguns or assault rifles.

Private Security companies are 100% ok, and we encourage that nations/leaders/etc. bring their own as The United States of Panmen does not have many good private security companies of its own.

You can apply for a private property pass, which is free, but usually takes 2-3 weeks to process. Once you have your pass, no one is allowed to go onto your property with ought your explicit permission, or if our government has a warrant to search it. Also, marijuana is legal, but heroin, methane, etc. are not. Prostitution is legal, if they are registered with the Panmenian Prostitution Association.
