I meant a flag similar in design to the CSA flag, but with Spanish colors and could you incorporate this into it? And forget the gold symbol.

Try this:
Select the blue, then clear the selection but retain the selection area, then fill with red.
If that does not work, we will find another way.

All we use is that daggone Paint and that dagnarbit Pixia and the newfangled World Wide Web.

Seeing as this thread seems to be open to anyone who makes flags to volunteer to help in, I'd like to submit myself. I've done flags for the ESUS and other alliances I am a member of for the past three years.

I use Paint Shop Pro 8, and in the case of flags, such as FreeAgency's or Telros, render it using vector graphics as opposed to raster, which allows me to blow up or reduce the flag to virtually any size; otherwise I track down high-res examples of the symbols you require. I start most flags out at 800 pixels wide and can provide that size (and higher, for fully vector flags) on request for wikis or other purposes, though for your NationStates page I recommend a resolution of 200x135 for 3:2 flags, as this is large enough to bring out most details but still small enough to not be a nuisance to those browsing your page. I also always retain the source image in .pspimage format, so if you wish to alter aspects of it later, whether adding, removing symbols or changing colors, just ring me up. I typically use .gif for NS flags, and PNG for higher-res or wiki flags, though I can output in any preferred format on request.

Once the finished flag is posted, right click on the image. In the pop up menu, choose 'save as'. In the browser, locate where you want to save the image on your computer, then in the file type selection, make sure you are saving as a jpg, gif or png. Preferably, save it as the same format it is in. Click 'save' to save it.

As for your request, do you want the constituent flags 1) side by side in some arrangement, 2) superimposed in some order or 3) do you want their elements recombined in some fashion?
