Yes that's right, ADATS missiles can be used against ground targets as well as airborne threats.

The MMEV use the 3D radar made by Rheinsmetall the X-tar, considered to be the most capable in the world.

Over 200 live firings make ADATS the world's most proven and tested new-generation SHORAD system. It scored an unsurpassed 90 per cent plus success ratio in Canada, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and the US

The modular system can be mounted on a variety of vehicle plate forms from Main Battle Tank chassis, to tracked and wheeled Carriers, to Heavy Trucks, to Water Craft, and there is as well a fixed emplacement version.

The Finnian Military would be interested in purchasing a few of these vehicles for evaluation purposes, with the possibility of a future order to outfit our entire military, however we do not see a price please advise us as what the price per unit is. We would like to purchase 10 of the vehicles.

Sincerely,

Considering the MMEV system can engage successfully (as seen in the video) both ground and air targets...
Considering the modular nature of the system...
Considering the prices of lesser capable systems on the market...

The price is $20 million USD
This also includes training of crews and five year technical support

Would it be possible to purchase production rights for this vehicle so it can be produced and sold by Legion.

Anything is possible should an amicable deal be reached.

A partnership in our mind would be the best in that we both make profit from.

we would need not to be restricted in any way in producing said system for our self, or associated entities.

a percentage of all sales would be turned over to NW Canada and the purchasing nation is informed that this is a partnership system between Legion and NW Canada.

the only restriction is no sales of that system to any nation that is in military conflict with NW Canada.

If this appeals to you we can has out the finer details, initial licensing price and percentage.

To start negotiations:

1. what is your initial offer for the initial license and the plans of the system?
2 do you wish to also license the CAV vehicle family as well?
3. what is your initial offer on percentage of further sales?

1. Our initial offer for the plans and license is fifteen billion dollars ($15,000,000,000).

2. We may be interested in the CAV family of vehicles at a later date but not at the moment.

3. We suggest that North West Canadian Defense should recieve 40% of sales and Legion should revieve 60%.

We find this most acceptable and only ask that NW Canada be given "preferred customer status with Legion as we are interested in purchasing systems we do not manufacture.

Then is agreed that NW Canada Defense will sell technical information and licensing for production and sale of the Multi-Mission Effect Vehicle (MMEV) to Legion for the initial sum of $15 billion USD

As well NW Canada Defense will receive 40% of all sales and be classified as a "preferred customer" by Legion.
Legion also agrees to not sell said system to any nation or entity that is in military conflict with NW Canada.
NW Canada will be allowed to produce said system for it self and others. Sales to others by NW Canada will have to be at the same or higher price as offered by Legion as to not impede Legion commercial ventures.

Ah, finally, a nation is showing to the world what our great country can do and has always done! The Pattyonian Land Operations Command would like the DPR to this fine piece of kit, as well as the weapons it carries (CRV-7, M151, ADATS, and IRIS-T)!

After analyzing the MMEV weapons system the Finnian Military wishes to acquire the Domestic Production Rights so the weapon system may be produced locally, we don't wish to sell them to anyone only provide them to our military. please let us know what the cost of the DPR's is.

To be fair to all parties, the price for the technical information required for production as well as license to produce is $15 billion.

A one time amount.

The purchase unit price is $25 million per unit from NW Canadian Defense but this does not provide for the munitions.

The DPR licensing also includes the tech and licensing of the munitions involved and the Carrier variant of our CAV-2 family of advanced armored vehicles.

At 2302 local time two NWCF IL-76 transport planes landed at a secure military airbase in the Republic of Finnian Bastada. On board was the technical information and the training personnel.

For those out there that are interested in the system but not keen on a wheeled vehicle , remember the MMEV system is modular and can be equipped to a wide range of vehicles. The NW Canadian Snow Leopard C-2A7 is just one of the possible vehicles.

Our nation's defense command has reviewed the MMVE and concluded it to be a valuable asset for our Panzer Korps (mechanized units) effective for providing mobility and both protection from air and ground threat. Our nation would like to place an intial contract to order 275 MMVEs, plus possibility of obtaining a license to produce futher amount of units in our own Thyssen-Krupp Amerika division plants (and Krauss-Maffei A.G. for M2A6 Leopard II tracked chassis built platorms) producing both wheeled and tracked versions for our armed forces.

They will be designated as:
(Wheeled version) the Panzerspähwagen Luftverteidigung (Armoured Vehicle Air Defense) PswL-215 Puma (Couger)
(Tracked version) Panzerkampfwagen Luftverteidigung (Tank Air Defense) M2A6-216 Brummbär (Grizzly Bear)

the price for 275 MMVE units is $5,500,000,000.00
12 systems training simulators are being included for no extra charge

A full NW Defense Catalog is being prepared and will be out shortly.

This system is also very effective when mounted on nautical vessels and airships (both applications being used by NW Canadian Military) to provide a very effective, low cost system that can target both aerial and surface targets. Numerous patrol and attack craft as well as our Riverine forces make use of this system on their vessels.
