INTRODUCTION

The Trade Application Directory is the official trade application page for the Federal Republic of Hellestia. This page provides the instructions, rules, and application forms that are necessary to form an economic partnership with Hellestia. For any further questions relating to the application, please contact the Hellestine State Department of Trade.

Due to the fact that Hellestia only trades with accepted economic partners, applying for an economic partnership will be much more convenient in making future business ventures together.

HELLESTINE INTERNATIONAL TRADE EDICTS

Prior to completing an application form, please read the most strictly enforced edicts of the Hellestine International Trade Edicts.

This is a list of the most strictly enforced edicts of the Hellestine International Trade Edicts. Applicant nations that fail to comply or adhere to these standards and agreements will be denied upon request. Existing trade partners that fail to comply or adhere to these standards and agreements will be scheduled to have a conference between the economic representatives of the individual nations. Trade will be suspended until the conferences are officially dismissed between the participating parties. All economic trade partners to Hellestia must comply to these sets of rules.

Excerpt 10A:

- Applicants must complete a valid economic trade application form with comprehendible language.
- Applicants must complete a valid economic trade application form with complete answers.

Excerpt 11A:

- Applicants may not participate in economic trade with the Federal Republic of Hellestia if the distribution of illegal contraband occurs.
- Applicants may not participate in economic trade with the Federal Republic of Hellestia if the distribution of humans and/or animals occurs.
- Applicants may not participate in economic trade with the Federal Republic of Hellestia if the distribution of contaminated materials occurs.

In a brief explanation, the legality of marijuana is heavily debated in Hellestia. Though marijuana is prohibited under federal law, it is marketed into prescription pill form. The potency of the cannabis sativa must not be high enough in order to cause psychological effects. With the listing of cannabis sativa in your list of exports, the item must be thoroughly inspected. It must be made clear that the cannabis sativa be marketed under a prescription pill brand. Please be inquired that plants and drugs that have psychological effects are not allowed to be distributed to Hellestia.

Until you have agreed to alter the cannabis sativa to a prescription pill/tablet for marketing and medical purposes only, this application will be deemed pending.
