The Pacific Trading Center
There is a rather large corporation operating within The Commonwealth of Deketopia and the rest of the great region of Melivorica. This corporation is The Pacific Trading Co. You may not have heard of it, but it's here. Thousands of employees are scattered throughout southwestern Melivorica, and a demand for a centralized location has grown in the past few years as the number of employees continues to rise. The demand has finally been met. The major Deketopian city of Las Barnas, boasting a population of thirty million, is already the location of the headquarters. Now, we're taking it a step farther by housing thousands of employees in one place: The Pacific Trading Center, financed completely out of the deep pockets of The Pacific Trading Co. 125 floors of office and retail space are beautifully presented in the tallest building in Deketopia. To comply with Deketopia's efficiency standards, the tower has many balconies with many gardens, and solar panels are present wherever possible.The Pacific Trading Center is far from self-sustaining, though a miniature Skyfarm within the building makes it even greener. The ten below-ground floors are being used as an LBUG (Las Barnas UnderGround) station, mechanical floors, and government-owned vaults.
However, the building is not being used entirely by The Pacific Trading Co. Many floors remain open for use, and are now all being leased to businesses and other entities from around the world. Feel free to rent out almost all open spaces. By doing so, you will give whatever entity you represent a window into Deketopia and the whole of Melivorica.
Purchasing
For those of you that are uncomfortable with using feet, the conversion rate is 1 m = 3.2808 ft. To make things easier, space purchasing is divided by floor. Feel free to browse. All monetary values are in Nationstates Dollars. Note that the floors may be converted to whatever the purchaser pleases following the purchase.
All purchases are for a lease length of six months and the leases wil be automatically renewed unless the company explicitly states otherwise. All payments will be handled automatically, so we won't be bothering you every five seconds asking for the rent. If your company abandons its offices before the lease ends, it will remain under the temporary ownership of your company until the lease expires. If your company becomes defunct, all its possessions in The Pacific Trading Center will be cleaned out and put up for lease.
Note: Just in case I get sued, the building pictured above is actually the Pentominium in Dubai. I, Deketopia, have absolutely no connections whatsoever to the actual building, the city of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, or indeed that entire side of the planet.
Because the building has been completed, no further pre-orders for office-space can be made. Please, make no further posts.
