As I mentioned to Field Marshal Halon Grais of Haruk, the KC7B has the largest fuel capacity of any tanker currently in production, and the largest cabin space, making it the most versatile tanker currently in production. All the tanks are connected both to the aircraft and the refueling system, but, if you wish, they are easily separated. There are the underdeck tanks, and the wing tanks, and they are both connected. i must warn you, however, that the wing tanks must be used to supply the aircraft, as they are connected to the engines. The WARPS pods also utilize the wing tanks. The boom and CDU take fuel from the underdeck tanks, all which can, but normally will not, be removed to create extra storage space.

The 606 is a regional transport, it would not be suited for your use as a royal transport. the -200 model is somewhat similar to a SAAB-2000 with slightly swept wings, and a wider fuselage. The 616 will look somewhat like this:

We regret to inform you that the XFB-27B does not exist. Perhaps you meant the XFA-27B, or the XFB-27. However, I would assume that it is for XFA-27Bs as you have mentioned a fighter role. If this is true, your amount would be vorrect, and your order accepted. I am in process of creating a section for missiles, and you may be interested.
