About the mall part- The mall part is a super big mall. It is about 1500 feet by 1000 feet big. The mall has the capacity to hold 1600 store spaces*, and one movie cinema. The stores are for rent, and movie time slots are for rent. The mall is used by the people of Universial Trade and people from other nations who want to buy things. The store spaces, and movie cinema time slots may be used to do or show anything accepted.
Note, there are different sizes of store spaces, it is as follows: small- 30 feet by 30 feet, medium- 60 feet by 60 feet, big- 90 feet by 90 feet, and one super store- 160 feet by 160 feet.

About the embassy/neutral diplomatic zone parts- The embassy is located right next neutral diplomatic zone. The embassy is a large building that has all the embassies of other nations who have an embassy here. The neutral diplomatic zone is a building located right next door to the embassy building, it is built on neutral land, it is used for things like peace aggrements between aggresors and other things of that sort. (OOC: it is like the UN building in real life NYC it is neurtal no one owns it)
