RailGourmet is a new service by the makers of the world renowned SkyGourmet, which is the worlds' largest and most popular air-caterer. RailGourmet is similar to SkyGourmet is most regards, except that RailGourmet is (obviously) based in trainlines across NationStates. Our Chefs have become famous for their excellent food quality, service and seeminingly impossible choice. As with SkyGourmet, RailGourmet offers a number of packages, which range from cheep and cheery RailEssentials TM, to deliciously gourmet RailMax TM. RailGourmet recommends the use of one RailChef, who is specially trained in the perfect preparation of food on a moving train. RailGourmet menus' change every day, differ on northbound or southbound, and offer at most five course meals. RailGourmet uses specialised food for different destinations, and we guarantee you that you won't eat the same food twice!

Packages

RailEssentials TM

Sometimes, the basics is just enough. Designed for low-cost trains or "Third Classes", RailEssentials provides exactly what the passenger wants, a low-cost nutritious meal which is quite tasty. The RailEssentials Package includes 2-course meals, with a main meal, salad and desert provided for every passenger. The Menus change every monthc, which helps keep prices down. The recipes were wrote by Celebrity Dangish Chef Gordon Randsey. In RailEssentials, the passenger is given several options such as Vegetarian, Halal, Non-Beef and Vegan to cater for every need. The Price for RailEssentials is $25 per individual journey (Point A - Point B), or $2,500 per month.

RailQuantity TM

As the name implies, RailQuantity is a package for Train Companies who want to provide a large quantity of food for their passengers. RailQuantity includes three-four course meals, with a starter, main meal, salad, desert and Fresh Fruit option provided for every passenger. RailQuantity recipes were written by Donica Feller-Ping, widely renowned to be one of the best chefs in the world, and star of hit TV show Friendships. Passengers on RailQuantity get to choose their meals through a Menu, which contains options for the Main Meal only. Passengers can choose speciality meals like Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, Non-Beef, Fish-Only and Gluten-Free. Once again, they can choose additional speciality meals at time of ticket booking. The Price for RailQuality is $50 per flight, or $5,000 per month.

RailPerfection TM

RailPerfection is recommended to those train companies who wish to provide passengers with the best tasting food on the market. The Food is renowned across the region as "out of this world" and "...the kind of food that leaves you speechless", and contains a three-course meal, consisting of starter, main meal, salad and dessert. The Menus are selected at random from a database of recipes, which contains 100,000 recipes for each meal type (starter, main meal, etc.,). RailPerfection Menus are written by a group of celebrity chefs (who are considered among the worlds' best), along with the winner of the popular "Chef+: The Challenge" TV Show. Passengers on RailPerfection can choose speciality meals, with a large choice of options to suit all dietary requirements. The Price of RailPerfection is £62.50 per journey, or £6,250 per month.

RailMax TM

RailMax is the premier offering from RailGourmet. It offers the taste of RailPerfection with the quantity of RailQuantity. Then, it makes things a lot, lot better. RailMax offers a five-course meal, consisting of Starter, Soup, Entre, Main Meal, Salad and then finally Dessert. The Menus are selected from an even larger database of recipes. RailMax Recipes are written individually by celebrity chefs from all over the world, who each design a five-course recipe set. It is then entered into a competition, having to score a huge 8/10 by a selected panel of food critics. If it passes, it enters the database. If it fails, but manages above 5/10, it is given to RailPerfection. Below that, the recipes are given to RailEssentials. The RailMax Recipe Collection has been added to for over 100 years, originally serving "La Gourmet", Rail and SkyGourmet's spiritual fathers. Passengers can once again choose speciality meals, with lots of options. The Price of RailMax is £87.50 per journey, or £8,750 per month.
