In 1934, His Majesty's International Airport was built in New London by His Majesty's Airport Authority-Rectina. Intel faced a serious problem regarding business and tourism, for the main airport used to be in Intel. That airport was old, and desperately needed renovation, but His Majesty's Airport Authority was not willing to pay for it. However, after the building of HMA, the HMAA decided to proceed with plans for a brand new airport in Intel. The airport was completed in 2 years, christened Intel International Airport. It had 4 terminals, a Domestic, Regional, International and Cargo. It also had 4 runways, 2 for departures and 2 for arrivals. With the privatisation of HMAA, Intel International Airport passed into the hands of Intel Airport Ltd., which now owns the original Intel Airport and several others. Over the years, Intel turned into a major industry center worldwide. In 2010, Intel Airport Ltd. joined oneworld Alliance, through it's corporate partner LexAir. To commemorate this, a special oneworld Terminal was built.
Security:
All vehicles are X-Rayed when entering INT. The right to UV Thermal Scanning and checking is reserved for suspicious items in the X-Ray.
At Check-In, bags will be X-Rayed and UV'd, and full searching them is again reserved. After Check-In, you go through to the Security Royale Desk, in which your hand luggage and yourself is checked.
When you arrive at INT, you will go through strict customs. No food or beverages are allowed past that point in hand luggage. Domestic flights go through a separate area, and food and beverages are allowed.
There is also an on board Police Station at INT.
Dangish Law says that Intel Airport Ltd. must check all airlines randomly for security at least once a month, and that the Dungeyland Intelligence Agency must check INT once a year. We, and DIA have the power to remove any airlines which cannot comply with procedures. Airlines proved to allow dangerous individuals through may lose their license to operate in Dungeyland.
Transportation
INT connects to Intel City using the Intel Underground. Passengers can travel on National Rail to get to other cities. A MagLev service is available to New London.
