Mr. Ferdinand Henrick
President of Stephen Retail

Mr. Ferdinand Henrick is the President of Stephen Retail, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Stephen Prime Holdings Corporation. He has been heavily involved in the development and growth of Stephen Retail into the world-class brand it is today. Mr. Henrick first joined Stephen Retail as a part of the Product and Labels division in 1983. In 1990 he was made Senior Vice President and actively advocated for the strategic partnership with the group's shopping malls. In 1994 he was made President of Stephen Retail and was elected to the Board of SPHC.

Mrs. Yakshit Foray
Vice President, SR Hypermarkets

Mrs. Yakshit Foray has been Vice President of SR Hypermarkets since 2011. A holder of a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Management from Sotherland University, she was previously the President of Sammy's Supermarkets from 2003-2009, one of the state's largest supermarket chains and was a Director of Business and Economic Council of Sotheland from 2003-2006. She joined Stephel Retail in late 2010 as Assistant Vice President with focus on the market segment. She was promoted as Vice President of SR Hypermarkets a year later and headed efforts to expand SR Hypermarkets overseas.
