Ever since my grandfather, Geoffrey Hamilton founded in this company in 1879, my family has had a dream. We want to make Hamilton Energies the premium producer and refiner of crude oil in the world. Although we are not quite there yet, we are definitely making progress! We are now the number one refiner of crude oil in all of Dou Boux. Falconsborough, and Du Mont.
Grandpa Geoffrey started out with just one small oil well on his parents farm outside Los Bouxiana. In the beginning as he couldn't afford a refinery to turn the oil into fuel (a precious commodity both then and now), he set up a small refining station in a disused barn on the farm, where he refined the crude as best he could.
Things have come along way since Grandpa Geoffrey had to refine crude oil in an old barn. My father and I (with my grandfather who before he passed on thirty five years ago, stayed on in an advisory capacity during his retirement) built up the business to include over fifty oil reserves in three countries, over fifteen and a half thousand kilometres of pipeline and over 19 000 employees, as well as seven industrial refineries and one hundred and twenty tankers.
We have out headquarters (Hamilton Tower) in Los Bouxiana, Dou Boux, but we also have large offices and refineries in Du Mont and Falconsborough, and we are forever ready to expand! Charles Arthur Hamilton, the current Chairman of Hamilton Energies is an old stalwart in the oil business, with some forty years experience. Having successively worked under his father Geoffrey (Geoffrey E. Hamilton: 1860-1949) and Robert (Robert G. Hamilton: 1924-2005), Charles has built up the company from a medium-sized local business into an international oil powerhouse. Even at 87, he still has the same passion for this the business that he did when he first started.
He has overseen dozens of purchases of wells and refineries, and the all important purchase of: "Essex Oil Refineries, Inc." in 1976 for N$500 million (now N$5billion), which shaped the future of the business for years, and helped turn it into the powerhouse it is today.
Sir Charles currently has a 24% stake in Hamilton Energies (as of 2016 worth approximately N$45billion), and holds 51% of the voting rights, through holding in proxy the shares of relatives who are minors.
Sir Charles has no intention of retiring as of yet.

Mary, Lady Hamilton: Vice Chairperson
Sir Charles's wife of fifty-five years, Lady Hamilton is the current Vice Chairperson of Hamilton Energies and the current Matriarch of The Hamilton Family. She is currently in charge of sales and marketing.
Mr Paul Edward George
Mr George has been with Hamilton Energies for 35 years, and is its current Chief Executive Officer. He was one of the persons that made the 1976 purchase of: "Essex Oil Refineries, Inc." possible.
Mr James John Colby
Mr Colby or 'J.J' to his friends, is the current Chief Financial Officer Hamilton Energies, and our in-house financial wiz. He is currently in charge of finances, banking and staff salaries, and has been with us for 22 years.
Mr William Reginald Ramsay
Mr. Ramsay, although only 35, has advanced up the hierarchy of HE rapidly. He is now the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Land Drilling Operations.
Mr Edward Oscar Smith-Willows
Mr Smith-Willows has been with Hamilton Energies for 35 years, and is the current Head of Marine Drilling Operations. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Energies: Du Mont.
Mrs Deborah Elizabeth Murray
Mrs Murray (the wife of 40 years of The Late. Mr. Arthur Wilfred Murray, a board member of HE for 30 years and a great friend of Sir Charles), has been with Hamilton Energies for 40 years. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Energies: Falconsborough. She is also the sister-in-law of Sir Charles A. Hamilton.
Constance, Lady Everson
Lady Everson has been with Hamilton Energies for over 15 years. She is currently the Executive Director: Human Resources of Hamilton Energies.
Michael Steven Cecil Johnson, 8th Baron Johnson of Johnson
Lord Johnson has been with Hamilton Energies for 25 years. He previously worked at "Essex Oil Refineries, Inc." and was its Chief Executive Officer before it was purchased by HE in 1976.
Patricia Georgiana Deborah Nicholson, 5th Countess of Berenora
The Countess has been with Hamilton Energies for 45 years. She is the only member of the board (besides the Chairman) who worked to the company during the custodianship of Robert Hamilton (the present Chairman's father). She is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Energies, but decided to stay on at the company after her retirement, because "she couldn't imagine life without it". She is the current Head of Employee Relations at HE and an advisor of the Chairman.
Hamilton Energies: Du Mont
Hamilton Energies: Du Mont is a division that deals with and runs all of the greater HE's operations in Du Mont. It is currently headed up by Mr Edward Oscar Smith-Willows. HE: Du Mont was the first international division founded by Mr Robert G. Hamilton to manage operations in a country outside of Du Mont.
HE: Du Mont currently manages and operates over 25 various oil wells in that country as well as 5 refineries and 2000 kilometers of pipeline, not to mention 15 tankers.
HE: Du Mont is currently looking to expand its operations within that country by purchasing 5 new wells and a further 3 tankers.

Hamilton Energies: Falconsborough's holdings include: 26 oil wells; 7 refineries; 18 tankers; and over 4000 kilometers of pipeline. It is currently thee largest division within Hamilton Energies that does not have its headquarters in Los Bouxiana, Dou Boux.

Hamilton Refineries, LLC
Founded in 1943, Hamilton Oil Refineries, LLC is the largest and the oldest independent refiner of crude oil within Dou Boux. It is estimated that as of 2015, Hamilton Oil Refineries refines approximately 3.45 million litres of crude oil per year. HOR, LLC is currently headed up by Mr Ferdinand B. Shaffer III, who in his 28 years as head of this division, has taken it to to new heights that we could never imagine would be possible.
