People Liberation Group
The People Liberation group is a ex-terrorist Mercenary group that was found and attacked Vulkata during the Vulkata-PLG war but now they lived in peace and harmony(along with crappy MS Paint skills and kept under constant watch by the Vulkata Government) founded by General Makibar a immigrant that was killed during combat.

Today the PLG has "Morales" and very different to Terrorists groups but looks like terrorist in the same time and act like terrorists recruiting Vagrants and the homeless from all nation's for food,water and shelter given to by the Vulkatan Government.
We're ok with our one star, it's better than none. Don't disagree due to AK47 *gun reloads sound*
Units and rules
Rules before hiring
This are the rules set up by for the PLG by president Tao after they offered their services.
1)they are mercenaries, not terrorists anymore
2)they will not shoot citizens. They have morales
3)all bioligcal weapons and nukes have been confiscated by Vulkata so ordering them to fire a nuke will get a meeting with Vulkata
4)they will only shoot the target and the people defending the target who is armed
5)You cannot target Vulkata hiring this and they will attack you if you do so
6)Protect this men lives and not just send the in a suicidal trip, this men have families like you as well.
Vulkata had a history with these terrorist that called themselves "People's Liberation Group" and killed many Vulkatan's and soldiers until the tide turned around them when President Poliko Tao the first ever Non-Vulkatan President ever to be elected Stragetize a plan against them crippling them out of service until they surrendered and offered their services to the government as either mercenaries or terrorist groups.
Tasmanian Soldier
Basic Infantry of the PLG, the Tasmanian Soldier in numbers can cause havoc to a city with grenades supplied by the black market,hired clients or if the Government allowed it.
Storm Breaker Jeep
The Stormbreaker tanks are both anti infantry and air vehicles that are in the same time, very fast and very deadly. They can be put in any terrain except snow and mud and once they explode they take their whole thing with them.
Jaguar Jeeps
Jaguar Jeeps are very fast mobilize vehicles perfect for anti-infantry and transportation, soldiers can be unlucky and be ambushed by this without expecting the jeeps to attack.
Tasmanian Tanks
Tasmanian tanks is a fast anti-infantry tank that can take out 5 troopers with light machine guns in a row if the aim is perfect and the crew is calm.
The Tasmanian tanks are rarely seen being used by hired VIP's and used against invading forces if Vulkata hires them again.
Rocket Troopers
Rocket troopers carry a RPG and sometimes a stinger if their Contractor is very rich and gives them enough money to buy Stinger ammo, the Rocket troopers are expensive themselves but they're really good at shooting down tanks,vehicles and planes and if they are in a empty city, good hiders playing hide n seek along with their fellow Tasmanian Soldiers.
Terror Tricycles
Terror Tricycles are scouts and a quick hit and run unit that will dispatch any unsuspecting enemies they see.
Due to their camouflaging skills and size they can overwhelm any enemy hiding in the jungles though they were frequently used in the Vulkatan-PLG war they are now rarely seen but they are effective.
Troop Carrier
Commonly seen behind front lines and inside their bases if they have any they were used in the Vulkatan-PLG war but they are still effective Troop Transports and can pack up 8 Soldiers each and back though terrain might be a problem.
Graffiti artist
Don't be fooled by their names the Graffiti artist can change any allied truck like the "Die-namite" into an M-1 Abrams(not changing speed though)in a matter of seconds in 6 pairs.
Die-namite truck
Named after their special "Die-namite" sticks this babies can blow up like most of your fireworks in the 4th of July with one truck, they've hardwired their horns to activate a stick of Die-namite and then the rest will blow up after a long horn and they bring 6 pairs of Graffiti artist's with them so they can be disguised behind enemy lines.
Supply trucks
Name is pretty self explained.
Supply trucks are sent in the battlefields if the generals wants to supply their troops with better weapons and they will drive as fast as 70 mph (110 km/h) like a Humvee but they do keep the Die-namite safe.
Hiring
The PLG needs to be paid for their services along with weapons since they are being kept under watch by the Vulkatan government they either need to buy their weapons or have their contractor have a given weapons making them something like secret agents if you plan to frame somebody
Types of jobs:
Assassination costs 3500 NSD or 6000 USD if silent and important person
Distraction or attacking a specific target but not killing them costs about 4,500 USD's
Full scale invasion is free for the Vulkatan Government but it depends on where it is plus the troops you're sending there
Guarding a VIP will cost about 1,500 USD but give them some damn recognition
And Private contracting us will be 1,499 plus 500 NSD for the men you will recruit

Suppliers
If it is not obvious already the soldiers of the PLG are hired mercenaries and sometimes will be needing the contractor's or the VIP to give them weapons but they're already supplied but they are more effective in bigger guns so this is an application if you are interested in supplying terrorists with guns,ammo and fuel
